Josh and his team are great very friendly and professional. Their work is very precise and on point. The look they have is unique from anything we have in this area and yet it fits perfect. I would recommend them to anyone looking.

We were under contract with Joshua -Double Black Designs and I received the attached text from him today that was intended for his co-worker. The text said they were going to drop me and do someone else’s project. He was supposed to come over and clarify a couple of details in the contract since things/specs kept changing on their end and I needed to know if I needed to have an outlet switch moved for them. Very unprofessional to say the least!!!! When I called him about the text that was clearly intended for someone else, he said our $2200 mantle project wasn’t very big to him and he’d rather go make money on a larger project! Then why had he bid the project and entered into a contract with me? We had a lot more work that would’ve gone his way but wanted to test the waters with him on a small scale first due to his newness in business and the boasting he did when we met him. He bragged about how busy he was and how he had over $400k in projects lined up. Also, the reason for a smaller project was the fact that the bid price kept going up every time we discussed the project even though the project never changed. Gentry (office person) said he kept forgetting to add things each time. Nonetheless, we agreed to the final price and were ready to commence the work until Joshua attempted to bail on the job today. My advice, hire someone, anyone but this company. They are unprofessional and do not honor their contracts!!!!!!! Plus they already have enough business lol.
