Andrew Dodd and his crew are simply the best folks we’ve dealt with for home improvement. He shows up on time every day until the work is done. We have a beautiful new kitchen, custom built shed, and sturdy new railing on the front porch. We would not go anywhere else.

We had Andrew build a basic 12x 20 deck for us. Andrew pulled the permits was professional worked with several changes I made and adjusted the price accordingly. Quality work at great price and was done in 3 days start to finish. Definitely will use him for a few more projects.

I had Andrew build a deck, re-build a screened in porch, and cut a window out into glass sliding doors. I am so in love with the work that he did and will be reaching out to him for all our future projects. Throughout the entire process Andrew was very punctual, communicative, knowledgeable, and respectful. We were “those clients” that needed to let our dogs who are not socialized out various times throughout the day. Andrew and his team were very mindful of this situation and paused work to wait in their trucks while we did this. Andrew and his crew were beyond amazing! His knowledge and eye for detail is a gift. We thought we had the perfect project in mind and he came in and approached it in a totally different way. His way not only made sense but saved us thousands while improving the quality. He listens, observes and gives multiple options on how to approach the task. He has done multiple projects for us and we never doubted him. If I could do it all over again I would have had Andrew build our home so we wouldn’t be dealing with the problems we are now.

Andrew Dodd and his team did a fantastic job building a deck for us around our above ground pool, and replacing our existing deck to match. The end result was even better than we imagined!- The precision in his work is unbelievable! He treated our home as if it were his own, and even took a few minutes every morning to greet our dogs and keep them happy too. We are so glad we hired Andrew and his crew to remodel our current deck, and expand it by 200 sqft. Right from the start, Andrew was attentive to our ideas and what we wanted to accomplish by the build, even coming back to paint the rough outline in the grass so we can visualize the space. He drew up the plans, submitted for permits and followed up with all needed inspections.

Andrew and his crew (whose names I regret not asking) worked quickly and concisely, keeping us updated every step of the way. They were even thoughtful enough, knowing I enjoy my mornings on the deck reading, to offer to have the “old section” done in a day so I could get out there in the morning.

We’ve already consulted with Andrew on another project we’d like to have done.

Excellent Contractor to work with. Takes pride and professionalism in the work Andrew and his subs preforms. Has completed two major jobs for me. Outside windows, siding and decks. Major kitchen remolded. Highly recommend.
