The owner Bill is great. His company installed a roof for us in Oct. 2019. He was timely with his bid, knowledgeable about the products, provided great input on roofing materials to be used near the salt water. He worked with us to schedule a convenient time between our VRBO rentals and completed the job on time in good order and helped us understand where our previous roof had issues.
Since we were not local at the time, he took drone pictures during the project so we felt informed every step of the way.
Lastly and what prompted this late review is that he responded in record time when we thought we had a leak. Today after running errands we came home to a constant dripping sound between our inside bath ceiling which could also be heard from the roof. The weather had been raining slightly and it seemed odd that we would be getting so much dripping from the recent storm. Non the less we contacted Bill immediately and ask him to come to our home and evaluate what the issue was. He came in 20 minutes. Low and behold we had a bathroom fan flapper that just broke and with the slightest bit of wind made a constant sound of dripping. Bill was great. He checked the roof while here even though we identified it was not a leak. I would recommend doitright roofing in Port Ludlow to anyone looking to replace their roof.
