Yes, they did what they said from the standpoint of bringing in a large crew and completing the project in one day, however there is not a straight row and there were several nails showing. When the reinstalled my gutters they did not flow and I had to have someone else come in and fix them. They came up from Fargo and said yep those are some crooked rows, took a little money off and were on their way. Basically said too bad... wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
We called for a quote for shingling our roof and Jon showed up that day. He inspected the roof, printed out the quote, sat down with us and explained how they do the work and the products that they use. We explained that we were waiting on some other quotes and he explained that we could mail, fax or email the signed agreement if we went with them. We did decide to use them and emailed the agreement. Later that week we talked with them and they setup the next week to do the install. They showed up on the day they said and finished our house, large garage and a small shed in one day. The cleanup was excellent. Diane came out and checked out the cleanup and to make sure that we were happy. We were extremely happy from start to finish, we highly recommend this company!
