DM Renovation Brothers were referred to me by a friend after they remodeled her bathroom. I had received several estimates- ranging from very high to low - for remodeling one bathroom and creating a bathroom where previously I had a small powder room. I met with Daniel and explained what I was looking for. Daniel's estimate was somewhere in the middle and I did not feel any pressure from him to go with his company. Daniel was very communicative and responded to all my texts in a timely manner and he kept me informed on the progress and next steps of the remodel. His crew was professional and did a fabulous job with my tile, plumbing, electrical and flooring throughout the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. His crews showed up when he said they would and they worked hard, long hours. I wanted everything done legally with permits and inspections and Daniel organized all of that. I was working through this whole process and so we had a lockbox installed allowing the crews to come and go as needed. I felt that the whole crew was very trustworthy and respectful and minimized disturbances to our home as best they could. I have 4 cats and they were also very mindful of making sure that the animals were secure when they were in the house. I could go on and on but suffice to say I am extremely happy with my new, SPECTACULAR bathrooms and I can't wait to use DM Renovation Brothers again for my Kitchen remodel.

Daniel and his team are always amazing to work with. They are experts and always give me options to choose from. We’ve been calling Daniel for years now and will continue to! Our AC broke in the middle of the summer - Daniel had it replaced the next day. Our water heater stopped working - Daniel had a team to replace it right away and cared so much about making sure we had hot water. Rain water was leaking in to the house - Daniel came out same day to look at it.

Hired for multiple projects: electrical, plumbing, patching & painting. Daniel sent crew able to handle each task, they were prompt & professional.

I had a crazy house issue 2 people failed at fixing over 2 years - a massive and bizarre leak that was making part of my house basically sink on top of itself. Thousands of dollars and totally at my wits end later, I luckily met Daniel and DM. He and his team figured out what was actually wrong, dealt with the engineer and city to do it all on the up and up... and after the most insane rain in years the garage is dry, the deck is finally safe, and the house structure is solid! He also had great design ideas to improve my garage (which is used as an exercise room) for low cost like moving the motor...now I'm just saving up to do "fun" renovation projects with him. And, its worth mentioning that when he noticed he didn't 100% like the way some small little areas of the deck paint looked, he said he wanted to come back this spring to do another coat after the rains. I so appreciate that level of detail and service and pride in work. I also felt "OK" voicing concerns, asking questions... and always got answers even if he had to explain it to me 3 times:). During a super difficult and stressful housing issue (that coincided with family loss and illness which made everything seem harder), his kindness was as appreciated as his work...and that is exceptionally rare.

DM recently replaced our decrepit balcony and remodeled an outdated bathroom in La Canada. The results far exceeded our expectations. Daniel is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and tries hard to deliver what the customer wants. The total cost was very close to the initial estimate, despite some complications. Daniel and his team did a fantastic job: the shower tiling was amazing and the balcony is a masterpiece. The team was experienced, professional, and efficient. We had our first experience with DM Renovation Brothers. My Mother had been wanting an uplift for my parent’s porch for a while. Daniel met with us, we expressed what we were looking for and we moved forward with hiring DM for the job. In addition to beautifying the porch, an important factor was making sure the railings were safe and sturdy for my parents. It took some time to find the specific size and style of railings and we appreciate that Daniel was able to find a way to fulfill their wishes. The job has since been completed and my parents are really happy with the results. Additionally, an important side note in working with Daniel, I appreciate that he is consistently communicative.

I’m writing this review after finding the perfect remodeling company for anything you wish for.
At first, after moving back to LA we wanted just to reface our house with painting and flooring.
After meeting D&M we decided to add a kitchen and 2 bathrooms to get it all done at once.
We decided to do it because D&M seemed very professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring.
They don’t subcontract the job which is amazing, we saw them almost every other day and it was just an amazing experience compared to other projects with other companies.
Can’t wait for my ADU plans to be approved so we can also start on the main project!

Dm Renovation brothers did an amazing work for my neighbors and we decided to hire them too.
My wife always wanted her dream kitchen with all the cool fixtures such as: Stone backsplash, under cabinet lights, custom cabinets, extra storage with Island cabinets.
As we’ve been told, we ordered all of our appliances and from there they just got everything done so fast and clean.
After we got our dream kitchen done, the next is our dream master bathroom which we will definitely use DM renovation brothers.

After the heavy rains of fall/ winter 22-23 we finally decided to demo our old tiled roof and update it to metal roof.
After meeting DM which are roofers and general contractors we knew they’re the right fit for us.
They were friendly, professional and presented us the entire scope of work + pricing on our first meeting. They suggested to paint the exterior as well to make the house look like it was just built.
From an older classic house, it turned into a modern 2000’s house.
It was a fun and entertaining project, they did everything by the book with permits and inspections and got everything done in 1 month with 0 delays.
We are definitely going to use them for our interior projects that are coming up.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with DM Renovation Brothers. We were trying to achieve multiple modifications on our house so that our mother can move home. She has a wheelchair and is very frail. And we are on a very tight budget. Daniel from DM Renovation Bros came out to the house, evaluated all of our issues and was very responsive, professional, and clearly maintains a high level of integrity for the entire company. He respected our need to stay within a budget, provided high quality workmanship that included a wheelchair ramp that required a lot of creative solutions because of the small space on an old house. Daniel came up with the best solutions and we couldn't be happier. They are still doing work for us and all is on time and delivered as promised. I apologize for this long review but they are by far the best contractor we have ever had the pleasure to work with over our lifetime. And we couldn't be happier to know we are going to get to move our mother back home. Thank you to Daniel and his crew.

Finally able to post this review as we are finally done with my kitchen remodel. I was looking for a contractor to remodel my kitchen that hasn’t been updated for over 15 years. Out of all the contractors that I interviewed for the project I decided to go with DM because they stood out. They are the only ones that gave me the comfort feeling I was so desperately looking for. I knew the project will be stressful as it is so it was important for me to find a company that will give me the maximum piece of mind. They were on time, informative, guided me through every step of the project keeping me always up to date on schedule and above all the quality is exactly what I wanted (which is also something I was very concerned about).
The project took me a bit over 2 months and we are finally done.

Michael and his team at DM were fantastic. I met Michael when I was searching for a contractor to remodel our Master Bathroom. We remodeled our entire home slowly over the years and left the the Master Bathroom for last. Over the years of remodeling we have come across so many different type of contractors some were good and some were bad but no one actually left us blown away nor with the quality or the customer service but when we met Michael we immediately felt like this time it might actually be different. The guys showed up on time and were super respectful of our home (they covered everything and sealed the bathroom with a nylon during the project) Michael was ver informative and always kept us in the loop of what is going on. The quality of their work was up to our standards, the project was done in less than 5 weeks and they passed all inspections.

We called the company to change our flooring. Honestly, it’s hard to find good specialists, but these guys know their job! Came in three persons, had everything, worked fast, did a good job, and left the place clean! Would highly recommend.

Well, these guys were all that and then some. Daniel was great to work with. I hired them originally to do my deck and ended up doing my entire backyard after having such a pleasant experience with the original work contracted to do. He pays great attention to detail and really made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I definitely recommend working with him!

I was looking for a contractor for indoor painting, changing bathroom counter tops from quarts to granite, and miscellaneous changes/fixes (e.g. light fixtures, closet, etc.) and not for a big remodeling such as kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling. I met with several companies but they seem less interested in my job. I finally met with Daniel and Michael and was so glad meeting with them. They possess not only the technical knowledge but also provide proper suggestions and helpful opinions (I originally was not thinking to change kitchen countertops but did it because of their recommendation). They followed up each job and made sure that the each job completed as they and I satisfied. They have scheduled guys as to experience minimum downtimes.

The working guys seemed very knowledgeable as to their specialized areas. They were all well mannered yet very friendly. They were very caring to work quietly as much as they can in the quiet neighborhoods.

We just bought a house where the only bathroom desperately needed updates and water damage repairs from a leaky toilet. We wanted a modern bathroom with dark tiled floors, freestanding soaking tub, and a separate tiled shower, along with a double vanity. We had a month after closing before we absolutely needed to fully move in and have a working bathroom. Even with this timing constraint, DM Renovation Brothers were able to tackle all the repairs and are nearly done giving us the bathroom we always wanted, AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! I just finished changing the flooring throughout my entire apartment, i live in a building with a difficult HOA and i was looking for a company that will demo the carpet in my unit that will install new vinyl flooring. Michael and Daniel really helped me with choosing the right material that my building would approve, the job was done fairly fast, the crew was responsive and kept my apartment clean the entire time. Although my project was pretty small i have no doubt they will deliver same quality results whenever i choose to hire them again for a bigger project in the future.

Daniel and Michael are amazing. They literally take your vision and bring it to life. My husband and I did remodeling. With a previous company that butchered my bathroom it was awful. I was referred to DM Renovation by a friend of mine who used them for landscaping project and a kitchen remodel. Due to my previous company mishap I was unsure I spoke to Daniel who was very knowledgeable about what I needed and how to fix and actually give me what I wanted. They are very realistic in achieving your goal and let me know if something wasn't going to work prior to even starting the work. Michael l helped me in all of the designs he went with me to the store to pick out the tile I wanted I was going for a spa like wood looking tile they took me to two different places very knowledgeable about what would work in that space the type of tile and grout that I should put in everything from finishes to paint everything. Daniel and Michael were very responsive communicative and try their best to make it complete on a timely manner again there was some issues because my bathroom had previously been butchered by a different company so they had to do a brand new bathroom pretty much. They are amazing and I recommend them to all of my friends and family. They are licensed which if you look for anything make sure they are LICENSE.
