Fantastic work gentlemen. So as a honest review on whole process, Gentleman came out next day after asking for a quote. Believe his name is lee. Was very impressed and pleased with the way he handled himself and was very professional. 30 days exactly from day of quote got the funds to be able to afford the new roof and got the go ahead. After paying the deposit it was a little questionable! There was not a exact date on when the work was to be conducted or completed which was a little frustrating but from the workmanship and everything else not the end of the world. They came in 30 minutes early at 6:30 am and started setting up as i was leaving for work i talked with one of the installers and explained what i wanted and needed over the ventilation of the attic. And to get rid of old pointless vents ect. And i gave him a new vent for my bathroom to install. He said no problem. I came home around 4:00 pm and house was almost done. Lead technician showed up around 5:00 was very helpful and nice. I sat back and watched in amazement of how nice it made my house look. The crew finished said done and all cleaned up and leaving at 7:30. Them boys worked there butts off and did a fantastic job, 14.5 hours start to finish. All my lines are straight, ridge cap is straight. I’m very pleased. Only negatives i have is i did ask to please be careful around my plants, i understand we are putting a roof on.. A few plant did get damaged not the end of the world stuff happens. Communicating is a little hit or miss leading up to the service. But from start to finish this is a very good company, just from install point of view. 5 out of 5 stars, fantastic service and work. Thank you very much gentlemen!!

The crew showed up early and had the old roofing off and new roof installed within about 5 hours and they did a great job! The new roof makes the house look so much better, gave it the facelift it needed, looks years younger!

Mr. Williams explain the pros and cons on what needed to be done and explained everything, so that I had the information to make a sound decision on the going forward with the repairs. When the repairs were completed he showed what was done and how the repairs might not solve the issue. He also explained what might have to be done if the issue is not solved. He was very professional and upfront with his assessment and work.

The team that came was very kind and thorough. They even worked around the surprise rain and kept us informed of their plans. DL Williams did a fantastic job. Professional from the start, provided a fair price, and got the job done when they said they were. Two of the most important things to us in this process were communication and keeping our yard clean and plants safe. There were a couple little issues that Lee did not try to run away from. He let me know immediately and took care of them. It’s all I can ask. The care that he and his team took to keep our yard clean and the plants from being destroyed was above and beyond. Tarps out throughout our flower beds and several sweeps through the yard and driveway to clear nails. It’s hard to find a good roofing company and there’s a great deal of trust involved. I’m happy to say these guys are one of the good ones you can trust.

Very professional. Worked quickly and completed 2 roofs before 5pm. They did an excellent job. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. We have since had thunderstorms and there have been no issues with the roof. They offered financing so that we could get the work done right away.
I have had the back to delete a skylight and repair part of the roof on our new house. Again, they did a great job, no leaks, and cleaned up very well after themselves. Will be hiring them again for any future roof work.

Wonderful small company that fit me in the very next week when I called because I had a leak in my roof. He normally is booked out 2 weeks. He was there at 7:00 a.m the day he said he would be to get it done before the rain was expected. He was very reasonable compared to another estimate I’d gotten. We had a small leak coming into our attic due to a few shingles coming loose. DL Williams Roofing came to our home to assess the repair for free. They were able to fix it quick and at a fair price as well. I enjoyed working with them and plan to use them again for any future roof repairs or replacement.

I chased leak in our roof for several months without success. Lee was recommended by a neighbor. He looked deeper and found the original builder did a poor job with the flashing. Lee took pictures to show me and suggested repairs. After torrential rains last night there were no leaks. Lee was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend his services.

DL Williams Roofing came out and assessed our original roof that was now 29 years old and leaking in a few places. Lee presented several replacement options and explained the pros and cons of each. We decided on a replacement option and considered it a fair price. They ordered the materials and within a few days they went straight to work, not wasting any time at all. The crew showed up early in the morning and worked until dark. The crew worked professionally, diligently and took the time to show me the damaged roof sheeting that they found. In two days all the work and cleanup were completed. We are very pleased with our new roof and with the service received from DL Williams Roofing.

We're extremely pleased with our decision to hire DL Williams Roofing to replace our roof. The estimate was very fair compared to the others that we'd received. We were always kept informed as the start date approached and was very pleased that the shingles weren't delivered until that day. The crew was just awesome, can't say enough about them. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves, removing all debris from shrubbery, flowerbeds and did multiple magnet sweeps to pick up roofing nails. We're loving the finished product, it's almost impossible not to look up everytime that we arrive home. We highly recommend DL Williams Roofing to anyone looking to have any roofing work done.

We have a Patio Enclosure Florida room and enclosed porch that was always leaking. My husband has caulked and put sealer on it over the years but it still leaked. It got real bad the end of October. My husband called and they came the next day and looked at it and told what we could do to fix the problem. We agreed and in a week they were here, cleaned the roof good and then back the next day to put the roofing material on. We had a bad storm yesterday and high winds and it didn't leak. Thank goodness!
They came back today and put a new roof on one of our storage buildings.
They do a great job, clean up their mess and are quick to respond when you call. I highly recommend them.
