Shane worked tirelessly coordinating with our insurance company adjuster, our HOA, suppliers and vendors to ensure that our hailstorm damaged roof, siding, windows, downspouts and gutters were replaced in as timely a manner as possible. This is one of the best companies I have worked with to have repairs done on my home. Shane was so easy to work with and to assess what needed to be done to my home after damage caused by a hail storm to my roof, siding, and garage door. This company is fantastic to work with. Shane Davis was there from the first step to the last to assist in all phases including working with the HOA, our insurance company, and quick resolution of any issues or questions that cropped up during the actual roof work. Our only complaint was with the crew that did the work. They were a little too careless of our property and plants when they were demolishing the existing roof and tossing it down to the ground. There was some damage to the deck railing during installation but Shane was right there to contact the company that could do the repairs and stayed on it until all repairs were made to our satisfaction at no cost or inconvenience to us.
The level of customer service is unrivaled by any company we have ever contracted and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone we know as well as use them again should the need arise!

Our whole experience with Shane and Discount Roofing was all you could ask for and expect. Shane was across the street inspecting another roof and asked him if he could stop over after he was finished. He came over, climbed on the roof and said we needed a new roof because of the storm damage. He prepared a report for the insurance inspector and we received funds from Erie Insurance to pay for the damage. The delivery of the shingles to the final touches of replacing some of the trim over our garage was handled in a professional and timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service. I was very pleased, especially when they postponed the work until the weather was right. We had unexpected rain after they got here, but made sure my roof was well done under the best circumstances.

Discount Roofing & Siding did a great job on replacing our roof that had been severely damaged by hail. They worked directly with our home insurance firm, and completed all the work at a very reasonable price, and in a timely manner.
