I had apparently picked up a rodent that chewed wires to my converter. This left me dead in the water. While I called and called around to different mobile RV techs, they either did not answer or respond to voice messages I left. Diamond m however, did respond to my vice message and came right out to assist me. He was very friendly, did thorough diagnosis and ordered new part. We had to wait a few days for the part but I xe ge received it he came right out and had me up and running in no time. I highly recommend him and if the need be, I will use him again in the future.
Wayne did work for us and was so knowledgeable and pleasant work with. He provided great analysis of work to be done for our RB Mfg. would use him again anytime.
