Company did a great job. Crew was very professional and polite. Completed whole job in one day including cleanup. Roof looks awesome.

Derek gave me a very competitive price and explained the process in detail of the work to be done. He answered all my questions and even helped me choose the proper color for my house. I went with hickory and have gotten some compliments on it. It looks great with my houses yellow siding.

His crew showed up on time and got straight to work. They were very professional and efficient and were done in half a day. Amazing. They also did a thorough cleanup afterwards. Derek and his crew are great to work with. We needed a coordination with an insulation company to do spray foaming while the sheathing was off and Derek was able to coordinate that with them and thankfully, it all went very smoothly. He made some fixes that were not expected and did not upcharge for those. Definitely recommend him if you're looking for a new roof!

Derek Cook Roofing did a phenomenal job on replacing my roof. I had some problems securing financing for a new roof. I was in desperate need. The finance company that Derek uses is amazing and they worked with me. When I finally had it secured, Derek said he could have his guys out within 2 weeks. They were at my house the very next day and had my roof done by the time I got home from work! They did an amazing job and I can’t thank them enough. I needed a new roof badly. His crew did an amazing job cleaning up as well. If you need a new roof, I recommend calling Derek Cook Roofing.

Do not recommend.initially offered the sun and stars, when asked for the proposal in writing, they were unable to or put anything in writing to explain why they were over 3k over anyone else. Sold themselves as all that and a bag of chips, but could not be bothered to put that in a proposal. You are just expected to trust. Beware . Over 3k over everyone else, but no explanation given.

I am extremely thankful to Derik and this team who came to my rescue after I received a letter from my insurance co about my roof. They had taken an aerial view and saw dark marks and some moss on the back side. I was only give a short period of time to solve the problem. Derick got his team right to work, supplied me with finished pictures of the roof and an invoice stating what had been done and that there was more live in my roof. Without Derik’s help I do not know what I would have done.

Wanted to give a shout out to Derek Cooks Roofing. They had a cancellation for the very next day and we were super excited about it. They were there at 7 am sharp. They worked really hard and fast and did a wonderful job. I have quite a few flowers and none of them got damaged. They were protected by tarps. I figured I'd have a few casualties, but not a one. They were super friendly and polite. They completed the job by 1pm. Incredible! They did a fantastic job cleaning up all the debris. My new roof looks fantastic and I would highly recommend them!!

We contacted Derek on Christmas Day by email about getting a quote to do our house and garage roof, we got a return phone call the next morning. We used Derek Cook's Roofing Specialists for a full roof replacement and three new skylights last year in Merrimack, NH. After calling them up, Derek came out the same day and did a great job pointing out any issues and explaining the project during the initial estimate, which was only slightly higher than the nearest competitor. We went with Derek because he offered a much more high-quality package including Snow Country Ridge vents. Derek was excellent responding to questions and maintained a steady line of communication throughout the process. Derek's team came out on the scheduled day and performed the project as expected and did a great job making sure there was no damage to the house and all debris was cleaned up. We had a relatively large area for them to cover and they still managed to complete within one day which was impressive. Their project manager even pointed out issues with our plywood during the process and replaced accordingly at our request. A year has gone by and my wife and I are very happy with our new roof, especially considering the enormous amount of rainfall we have had. We have a friend that lives near us who recently had their roof replaced as well and they experienced some significant leaking...they obviously did not use Derek Cook's Roofing Specialists!

1 year ago, they repaired a section of roof that was not going to get through the winter. They gave me full credit of that repair. The next year, I got 3 more quotes. Even without the previous years credit they were the most affordable. Well cleaned up after and, 2 months later, no flat tires , no leaks. Special thanks to Chris for walking me through the details.

Thoroughly professional from start to finish. Project started on time and finished ahead of schedule even with the "surprises" that often occur with an older home. Not the cheapest bid I received, but the most in depth proposal which included some very good suggestions that definitely improved the results. I am pleased with the outcome and feel I got excellent value for money.
