Eric and his crew helped us convert our garage into a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment, enclose our balcony into a sunroom, and completely regrade our backyard. He has also helped us with various little repairs at both of our rental properties. He is the most amazing ally in home ownership you will ever have!

Given how large our construction project was, we were very concerned about finding the right contractor. We wanted someone who would be responsive, fair with pricing, skilled, and willing to look beyond the discrete task at hand to find long term, sustainable solutions. Eric and the crew did all this and more. For example, we have very litigious neighbors and Eric calmly responded to all of their shenanigans, including their constant video surveillance and yelling. This was certainly not in his job description but his cool-headed approach to problems made everything run much more smoothly.

Words really cannot express what an amazing job Eric and his crew did with our property so we will try to post a video review soon. We are referring him to all our friends because we totally trust in the quality of his work and his service.

As with all home projects getting the right items on the project list is essential. I made a mistake and didn’t ask for painting of certain walls to be included. Contractor accommodated the changes. As long as you communicate your project will go well. Project completed on time and on budget.

Attention to detail, professional, courteous, responsive, careful while entering/ exiting and working in the home and sets up and cleans up well. We appreciate that a quality check is done after the project is complete to assess and make any final adjustments, as needed.

Excellent drywall repair. Fully satisfied and was able to match the paint to my satisfaction which otherwise would have meant scaffolding and a much larger job to paint the entire ceiling. Very fast, good work, good cleanup afterward, and minimal intrusion while they worked

Eric Denchfield and his team provided quality services in a professional and very timely manner. Denchfield constructed a bathroom, bonus room, replaced our HVAC system including moving ducts, etc, waterproofing work in the basement, etc. Denchfield provided daily and regular communication regarding the project, and Eric and his team were always a pleasure to work with. I called them to repair and refurbish a cedar shake roof. They were timely, thorough snd economic. They suggested additional fixes once on the roof that we could not see from the ground. I needed this done quickly and they responded and fixed it within the week. Great company!

When a storm created a tree limb going through the roof and the insurance did not put the tarp back correctly, the attic was soaked, the ceiling of the kitchen caved in and there was a lot of damage. Eric and his team arrived ASAP and went to work; he and his team did a magical, technically accurate, clean and professional repair job and were easy to work with. I've had two projects with Denchfield, LLC. They corrected a drainage problem at a rental property I own, they've installed a sun shade sail at my home and I intend to have them do a retaining wall as well. Eric Denchfield and his crew are solid contractors who get the job done.

I initially only intended to use Denchfield to remove the plantings on my living roof so that a separate roofer could troubleshoot recurring leaks. Denchfield Landscaping installed the original plants more than 10yrs ago. I discovered Denchfield was also a roofing contractor so they made repairs to the roof and restored the green roof medium as a complete package. Then they followed up with grounds and capital maintenance on the building exterior performing general construction involving replacement and repair on the building facade and decks and concrete paving. Everyone involved have been very responsible and their crews are very diligent and their progress photo documentation record are excellent providing thorough and continuous updates of progress which is invaluable. Excellent team of guys.

Within the last year, he built a free-standing carriage house that is beautiful and constructed better than my house. Eric's work withstands the test of time. I will certainly use him in the future.
