I went with Denali Builders because Sam was very personable. They were not the lowest nor were they the highest estimate. The job started within a weeks time. The roofers were great they stayed late on the night before the heavy rains so we would not have any leaks. Overall I was very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend Denali to anyone looking for roof.

We had three leaks during the last few months storms in Southern Cal. Our roof was a bit over 30 years (original roof). I started looking for a roofing company from one of the remolding book that sent every month. I compares three companies and they about the same cost. I picked Denali because of Sam's knowledge and recommendations (we did the gutter at the same time) and time he provided for service.

The job was completed on time as commited just before the last storm hit Southern Cal in early March. I was kind of afraid that I will find leak after the this storm. Very nice, NO more leak. Now I need to find a painter to re-paint the three leaked mark inside of our house. I would recommend to anyone that want to try his service.

My wife and I were very pleased with the work performed by Denali Builders Corp. They gutted our old, tired bathroom and remodeled it. The owner, Sam, was very personable, open to our ideas as the customer, and worked with us every step of the way. And his crew was great. This may seem basic, but the crew showed up every day, like clockwork, around 8 or 8:30 am. I’ve worked with many contractors before and you usually have no idea if they will show up or when they will decide to come back. Not Sam’s crew; once they are on your job, they are on every day and working hard to finish it. Each of Sam’s crew members is the best at what he does: his foreman Tal is involved in every detail, the tile guy is amazing, the electrician is fast and talented, and the painter/handyman does it all. And we really appreciated how neat the crew was, not leaving a mess at the end of the day but cleaning up properly so our house and backyard were restored to order. This was especially important for us, since we have a dog that roams the backyard and easily finds any scraps or objects left behind. Also, the job was completed within the originally agreed time frame. Anyway, we were very lucky to find Denali from a simple ad in the mail. We took a chance, based on Denali’s excellent Yelp reviews, and we now have an amazing looking new bathroom! Thank you, Sam and crew, for such a wonderful, customer-focused job!

Overall, Denali did a good job on our reroofing, which included repairing a roof leak, then fixing the previous interior damage from the leak. We feel that they were pricey, but don't have a lot to judge against. (They were mid-range among the initial quotes we got, but it's hard to judge when the final cost included a lot of additional things.) The end results look good, so we are trusting that it was worth it. Our only complaints are 1) we felt that they could have done a better job of cleaning up after their work, and 2) we had to do more to manage the inside repair work than should have been necessary for the price we paid.
