I've used DEM Solutions for almost a decade for my gutter cleanings. When it came time to replace my roof and gutters, they were my first call. They did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier with the results. Elmar, Mery and their crew have always been professional, detail and customer service oriented. I recommend them highly.

For well over a decade we have hired D.E.M. Solutions several times for various projects on the exterior of our house. Originally, to clean the gutters, after our long-time gutter-cleaning person retired. When the original gutters & leaders required replacement, we again hired Elmar to do the job, and install leaf-filters as well. Elmar and his crew did a beautiful job. Several years later, the roof of our house required replacement; and, based on our prior good experience with Elmar & his crew, we hired him to install the new roof - once again a fabulous job. He noticed that the original vinyl siding of the house, which was over 40 old, was very dry and started to develop cracks, and suggested replacing it. We had to wait a year, and hired D.E.M. Solutions to do the project. Once again, Elmar's crew just completed a beautiful job. We are pleased to highly recommend D.E.M. Solutions.

We are very pleased with Elmar's work. He has done a great job on installing gutters on our Victorian house and we give him the highest recommendations for exemplary work. Not only did he do outstanding work installing the gutters but he and his team were friendly, easy to talk with, explained everything, turned up on time, communicated quickly and had no problem returning quickly to fix one gutter placement to our liking. He has a great eye for design and old houses and we really liked the fact that he was there working with his team daily and supervising their work.
