I had the roof on my office replaced by Delta about 18 months ago. When I first contacted them, they were immediately available to give an estimate and start the work. Initially I opted to seal the roof, as recommended, but it did not stop the leaks. I requested to replace the roof and again they were prompt in their response. The work was finished in a timely manner and they left the job site clean and nearly untouched. As a business owner, being able to stay open while they worked was a priority and that was not an issue. The roof was given a 15 year warranty. A few months after, we received a large amount of rain and the roof still leaked. I took pictures of the new sheetrock that had been damaged and sent that to them requesting they come take a look to see if the roof needed to be fixed or another issue was causing this. I was promised a technician would be there within 2 days. A week past and nobody showed up. My calls were forwarded to voicemail and my texts were ignored. This has been going on since shortly after the roof was installed. Last week, I finally got the owner, Rudin, on the phone and he explained a tech had come but no one was present so he left. I explained that the date he said a tech came, had no evidence of that on the security footage. He was surprised... He then personally promised to be there in the next 2 days. Well, we are past that promised time frame once again and the roof continues to leak, sheet rock is more damaged, and they have not even come out once to at least look at it. I was mislead by the information provided about their company and time in business. The company was only set up 2 years ago, not 19 like they advertise, and both owners are in their mid 30's at best. That does not discount their ability, but it does question being in business for 19 years. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Companies like this will pop up, do a large number of subpar jobs, and then disappear and reopen under a different name only to repeat the cycle.

Rudy and his crew were excellent. They were very professional, skilled, pleasant and did the job quickly and efficiently. It is a job well done, and they did not leave a mess for me to cleanup. I highly recommend Rudy and his team.

I have had the pleasure of working with Rudy and Delta Home Construction for 7 years. I have never been disappointed in any work he and his company have done for me. In 7 years only one time did I have to have them come back out and look at a roof, it turned out it was not their fault but a manufacturing defect. From the moment I called in with my issue, Rudy was very kind, he sat and listened to all of my concerns before he spoke to tell me what they were going to do to resolve my issue, and not once did he question anything I was telling him. He continuously reached out to keep me informed of what was going on and to make sure everything was okay on my end. Each time a project was completed, he came out and walked it with me and made sure I was satisfied. Everyone I have spoken with, within this company is a true class act. I have used them for the past 7 years for all of my needs and I will continue to use them and only them for many years to come. I would not recommend anyone else for your needs, you will never find another company that truly treats you like family.
