Needs improvement like asap I've visited ace hardware for years but I have never been to a location where the talk bad about you for not being able to find what you need other place greet you as soon as you walk in and help you through out your shopping just amazing (tucson) but this place man needs new management and an entire new crew I mean everyone in that place gotta go.

Exelent service. The sales associate Leopoldo help me when I arrive to the store and he cover all my needs. I really recommended Ace Hardware in somerton Az. Thanks Señor Leopoldo for your great customer service.

I needed a new shower head and they had three or four choices the prices were reasonable and I got what I needed

I am so glad that we have this store in Somerton, for a smaller size store they have a great selection and a friendly staff. This has become my "go to" place for my projects.

This location is in a 100-year old building and a small makes you feel like the only hardware store and Somerton but the customer service is excellent kids are there ready to help you I've been very satisfied the last few times I've been there to get something go team keep up the good work

Two stars for the store customer service no stars myself and my husband traveled to this Ace Hardware because we do not have one in our local town we thought we would stroll through the store and see what they had and pick and choose what we wanted to buy we were followed by employees for over an hour no one asked if we needed any help or if we had any questions they just kept following us like we were going to steal something we ended up spending $100 in the store so that should let them know we weren't there to take any of their items maybe they should inquire with the customers and use better common sense then assuming everybody is a thief

It's the ONLY hardware store in Somerton. If you're in a pinch, it's the best place to go to. The prices are fair, and what I like best is they have a large variety of tools, parts, and accessories for your everyday or emergency projects. The staff is friendly and professional and they can help you find whatever you need.
