Josh and his crew did an amazing job. Always stayed in contact and communicated well which is a big bonus for me. They got there on Thursday and were finished by Monday with quality work. Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently bought a small house with a very small deck off of the bedroom. We asked Josh & his crew to add on a larger deck. They were great to work with and we are very pleased with the quality of their work!

I hired Josh as a general contractor to facilitate repairs for damage that occurred at my home during a tornado on May 26, 2024. He was very helpful in making arrangements to subcontract roof, brick, electrical and other repairs. He quickly got estimates from those ones and wrote up a contract, including his contracting fee (a little over $2000 alone) for overseeing the completion of the work being done. I submitted it to my homeowners insurance, it was approved, I was paid. When all of the major work was completed, all except some gutter and downspout repair, Josh asked to be paid as he needed to be able to go ahead and pay the big guys, the roofer, the brick mason and the electrician. The gutter guy was due out within 2 days, so I thought it would not be a problem. As it turned out, over a week later, he still had not shown up. I talked with Josh. He got on it and ended up hiring someone else and they quickly came out and finished the job. No problem so far. This was July 19th. They incidentally told me the cost while here, which came in significantly lower than the initial bid for which I had already paid Josh for when I paid him for everything else. I immediately walked in my house and called him and told him this and he said once he got their final bill, whatever the difference was, he would reimburse me. I talked to him again on August 6th. He said he had not gotten their bill yet but would have his CPA send me a refund when he did. He stopped answering phone calls and responding to texts after this. I have gotten a copy of the final bill from the company that did those repairs and have been told they have sent him now at least 4 bills and he has not paid them even though he received from me 3 times what he owes them. I did receive a text from him 2 weeks ago yesterday saying he was having his CPA issue a check to both of us and we would get it within 2 days. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks and I still don't have mine. I called the company on Monday. They didn't get one either. I don't wish this man or his company any ill. I just want what is rightfully mine.
December 6th and he has still not responded to me, nor has he paid the company what he owes them for the services they provided.
