The tile on our roof had cracked in too many spots to repair, so we needed new ones installed. We used chone clay tiles again, but this time with a lighter finish to reduce heat. They matched the new layout to the home’s shape and tied everything in cleanly. It’s quality work.

We opted for a cool roof shingle system due to how hot it gets here. The team that handled our project explained the roof replacement process, materials needs, permits to get, radiant barriers, and how airflow would change. It’s a 4,000 sq. ft. gable roof, and they replaced it within the agreed schedule. It passed the final city inspection. Thank you, Deandre Roofing.

We own a vintage home, and we didn’t want to lose its character. Eric’s team carefully removed the old layer and installed new shingles that matched the original look. In the past, our old home's roof was replaced by another company, but we are 100% happy with the job. It felt rushed, and they never explained why they made certain choices. This time, we went with Deandre Roofing for our new place, and it was a whole different experience. Before replacing the old asphalt roof, they did a detailed inspection, backed up their recommendations with photos and data, and explained why certain materials - like synthetic underlayment and architectural shingles—would last longer. It was clear they did their homework, and the results showed in the quality of their work.

Our roof was in bad shape, and Mark noticed the deck underneath was rotting too. We agreed on a complete roof replacement and gave us a fair deal. The team replaced the deck, installed new shingles, and even fixed some siding issues. They were super friendly and left the yard clean.

Deandre Roofing has done some great work installing a new roof at my place. They did the work within a day and the installation has been perfect. They did the installation without disturbing anyone and everything from de-installation of the old roof to having a new structure in place went off smoothly. I would certainly recommend them.
