DAPrDAN Services: Roof, Gutter & Window Cleaning, WA

I used DAPrDAN a couple of years ago and they did an amazing job. Then the last two years I got talked into using another company. The “other” company didn’t come close to DAPrDANs quality. They came out today and the house looks great! I will never use anyone but DAPrDAN! Thank you for treating my house like it yours! See you again soon!

We had a completely positive experience with DAPrDAN and Ben, the service provider at our home. He was conscientious, respectful and professional. The window cleaning is honestly the best we have had. I was really impressed with his careful manner with our decor items. The company is competitive in pricing too! We WILL be utilizing DAPrDAN for many of the services that they offer. Try them, you will be pleased!

Cristian and Zach were on time, hard working, and thorough. They left everything much better than it was before they came- no harm to our plants and landscape!

DAPrDAN is the only company I've dealt with offering scheduled maintenance--not only of our roof, but also the solar panels, the top of our carport and the external sides of the windows on our house. We are notified when the crew will be arriving on the scheduled day. Also, the crew takes before and after images of the work they have done and incorporate them in a report which is emailed to us. Quick, thorough work with a positive attitude. We had our gutters cleaned and outside windows washed and everything looks great.

DaprDan did an outstanding job at our home. He took pictures of our roof so I could see it needed cleaning. The after-pictures showed an immaculate roof! He pressure-washed our large front parking area and it looks sparkling new! Our windows were cleaned both inside and outside, which is helping me enjoy springtime even more! The price was affordable, as well.

Jarred and the crew went abovr and beyond expectations. They communicated well when any uestions came up. Job was done on time and the whole creww was very helpful.

Service so bad they had to comp it. Left me in a tough spot. Now I'm getting never ending spam from them. I obviously will never use them again. Still getting spam from them. Now it's junk voice mails. You aren't good at searching your records. I'm there, I'm not getting you confused with another company, I'm not a scammer, and you must have to comp a lot of jobs if you can't find me.

Christian arrived early, was non plussed by learning that the house had several more large windows and one leaky one than expected, he was polite, friendly ( even with a large dog) and most importantly, did a fabulous Job on our windows! Very appreciative:)

Live their service. Worker was friendly and courteous. Went through the job with us beforehand and made sure to address our questions. We were doing yard work and saw the worker’’s focus and energy throughout the cleaning. Highly reccomend

Just completed our annual service with DAPrDAN to install our outdoor Christmas lights. Cristian, our technician, arrived right in schedule after ensuring we were ready and that our scheduled time still worked for us. He got right to work and thanks to their excellent operations systems, knew exactly what we wanted. We have a steep roof with plenty of angles but everything was installed perfectly and it looks awesome. Thanks DAPrDAN and Cristian for another great experience.

Excellent job cleaning our roof and gutters. Left area completely clean of debris snd even washed windows that were splattered. Very professional staff. We could not be more happy!

Ryder came from DaprDan to clean out our gutters. He was polite, professional and worked very hard. Although, I could not see the upper or bottom level gutters when he was done I did see him removing lots and lots of stuff that he placed in trash bags and took with him to dispose. I plan to call DaprDan again to use one or more of the services they offer.

DAPrDAN has been doing my Christmas lights for the last 5 years or so. Very professional service. Everyone that visits our home is extremely polite. Highly recommended

DapRDan is always incredibly professional and quick to respond. We have worked with them for holiday lighting for 4-5 years now. They are on the pricier side but you get what you pay for- very professional and the job is always done right.

First time customer. Had gutters and exterior windows cleaned. Service was prompt and great communication with technician. We will use them again next fall.

DAPrDAN did a very thorough and professional job in cleaning our roof. We highly recommend them. We got an online estimate after answering a questionnaire and we’re able to immediately book a time and date for the project. Communication from start to finish was excellent with a confirmation text the day before the project and a text from the technician letting us know he was on the way. Moss was brushed off the roof followed by a comprehensive clean-up. Afterwards, a chemical moss retardant was applied. In addition, a neutralizer was sprayed on to nearby plants along with an application of fertilizer. No details were left unaddressed. These guys are real pros.

Courteous, professional, competent service. We're completely at ease with these employees on our property or inside our home. These are the kind of employees you want to invite to stay for lunch.

We had our windows done inside and out as well as the screens and glass porch panels. Ryder showed up on time and was extremely meticulous in his approach as well as conscientious about our need to move our cats from room to room. The work result is the best we’ve seen in some time. The windows sparkle, the screens and deck panels are clean and spotless.

Could not have had a better experience. Jarod was kind, considerate and very polite. Pointed out things that might be a problem with a window. A great young man with a great work ethic. We had to stop him so we could give him a sandwich. You are very lucky to have an employee like Jatod. Would recommend him and your business highly.

An appointment was scheduled for which I had taken time off from work. They rescheduled the appointment without even informing me. I called to confirm the scheduled appointment a day prior, could not get a hold of them. The day of, I got in touch with the scheduling agent and she informed me that the appointment has been rescheduled to a later date because the technicians were not available. This is by far the worst experience I have had. Would not recommend them!

We recently had our driveway pressure washed and sealed and our walkway pressure washed. Greg was a pleasure to deal with and did a wonderful, efficient job. We would highly recommend DAPrDAN’s for this type of work.

We had the team from DAPrDAN clean our windows and screens. The two gentlemen very pleasant and professional. They did a great job for us and we will have DAPrDAN back out again in the future.

These guys are great. The owner has his company running like a Swiss watch. They do what they say they will do on time and on budget. Very professional outfit, not a fly by night thing. Was very pleased with the quality of the cleaning and clean up, and with the reasonable price. All the people that I came into contact with at this company inspired confidence and then performed beyond expectations.

The only difficulty was dealing with the website. The consultation went well and the service personnel could not have been any more respectful and easy to work with. They were very punctual and left the property cleaner than before the service was done.

I have a service contract with DaprDan , and I have been very happy with their service. They came out once this year and worked on a clogged gutter drain. More recently they came to do their annual service of cleaning my roof and gutters, and again their serviceman exceeded my expectations. He was very thorough, and I especially appreciated his clean up processes, because he cleaned away all the debris from the roof and gutters. DaprDan has been delightful to work with, and I am very grateful for their "above and beyond" service.

Decided to have the roof cleaned and treated a few weeks later by DAPrDAN and the final results are impressive. All of the moss between the shingles is completely gone. Eathan and his team did a great job. The roof looks like it now has a longer life than previously thought.The guys also cleaned up the entire area before leaving. Overall, a great job.

Had another flawless experience with DAPrDAN, here on Camano Island, two days ago. This is the fifth time they have been to my home. Greg and his assistant Melaina showed up a few minutes early and did a great job taking care of cleaning out my gutters. I was impressed with their neat appearance and professional attitude. They worked nonstop until the job was completed, and made sure all debris was removed. They were a joy to speak with, and I will certainly use DAPrDAN again. I recommend them highly!

Very detailed work on all our windows! Amazing work ethic! There was glue on the glass from the window company 20 years ago when our house was built and he was able to get a lot of that tough glue off! I recommend this company 110%. !!!

Have been using DAPrDAN for various services for years now. They are prompt, clean, and courteous. This last time they put on our holiday lights on our very steep roof. Even hung a lighted wreath for me at no extra charge. They are pricey but worth is.
