We contracted with Daniel Gragg Construction to build our forever home. We broke ground on July 30th and we have been nothing but impressed with Daniel and his crews that are working with him. We are 6 weeks into our build and we have been blown away by their efficiency. We have a roof, windows, plumbing and electrical is being finished up. Daniel has been great to work with and all of the crews have been kind and courteous. They have been attentive to our requests, leave a clean worksite and have taken time with us as needed when we have questions. I highly recommended using Daniel Gragg Construction.

We bought a home Daniel built. We lived in home for over a month and there was not even a letter of occupancy. We asked for a walk through and never got one . We had a couple issues that need addressed asap but took more than one phone call . I asked that he caulk windows around brick before we moved in he said he would do . But he only did two windows an I can’t get him back to do the rest . Now I have large crack in one of the bath rooms and bed room but he won’t do a yearly.

Daniel built our dream home. He was able to help us draft a budget that enabled us to pass on items that were not important to us, and that allowed us to budget for items that we never thought we would be able to afford. The craftmanship of the home is outstanding.
