We sprung a leak in the roof right at the start of the storms ahead of hurricane Helene coming through. They were able to come out, identify the source of the leak and apply a fix before the worst of the storm began. I can't thank these guys enough, they just saved us untold amounts of damage had the leak been alowed to continue through the storm. They responded quickly to calls and emails, were very communicative through the whole process and showed up right when they said they would.

I noticed moisture on the ceiling and called Dallas Roofing for an assessment. The owner answered immediately and scheduled an appointment. Mr. Alberto came out within days of my call and with a thorough assessment was able to determine the cause. The source of leaking was fixed the next day. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and level of professionalism. My kids were intrigued and learned a little bit about roofing as well. Thank you for making this situation less stressful for our family.

They were able to show up the day I called them to assess the work, gave me a competitive estimate same-day and then knocked out the work within 48 hours. It's 2024 and finding contractors like this is rare for this average homeowner. Hats off to Alberto and team!

Alberto came out to assess problem and found a hole were water was leaking in. He had someone out the next day to perform repairs to roof.
