To be quite honest, we bought this property in Saratoga within the last four years. We remodeled a duplex and needed a gas stove connected for heat. I called him three times and he collected my number and said he would call me back. I called him finally and left a voicemail basically asking that we wanted his help or his confirmation that he couldn’t do it. He text me saying we had an unpaid bill and they were uninterested in our service. What is disturbing is within a month of calls this was never brought up and we thought we were within good standing. We have always paid our bills and actually tried to pay them on the service day, we live out of state. For the record we have had very dissatisfactory services both times with them. We have got paper bills and paid them. It was completely unprofessional that he text me from his personal phone number and could never return a call.
