My husband and I are so thankful and appreciative of CTC Electrical Contracting Inc. We had a new washer and dryer delivered and installed yesterday, and all of a sudden (after a power surge) the dryer stopped working. Frantic, we checked the breaker box and even attempted to test the outlet's voltage. No voltage. No power. Flipped breakers again. Nothing. After calling CTC, Charles asked for a picture of the breaker and talked us through testing everything. I would give him 500 stars if I could. Will be my go to for anything Electrical from now on!!

Charles and his team did such excellent work in a timely manner. We had to have an entire electrical panel replaced which they did plus dealt with my home warranty company as well. This is the team you need for your electrical needs and will definitely be calling again if I need anything!

Well to make a long story short, I was changing out a flood light on my garage when I flipped the breakers back on the switch just kept going back down and half the house was then without power including both fridge and freezers so I immediately looked up an electrician that had a 24 hr line and they answered right away and were able to talk me through how to get my power back on. My power was back on with a short friendly phone call and that was even at 11:40PM. Thanks again for helping me out!

Kustav and Charles were both professional and took pride in their work. I was happy with work performed and the quality. I think that getting billed for 2 techs coming out (the tech and the electrician) was certainly a bit much for the work needed as I think 1 could have handled the job, however, they did likely save me some money with an open ground (gfci was used). In addition, Charles is so passionate about his business that they actually discounted me for the work performed. That much passion certainly deserves commendation. I certainly have no qualms about their professionalism and knowledge of the trade. Thanks again

CTC Electric is the BEST!! Our garage electrical outlet was not installed correctly. They figured out the issue immediately and promptly scheduled the much needed job. We had an outlet that was causing issues. The owner was very helpful over the phone. He sent Alexander right over to us. Alexander was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. I will definitely use them in the future.

“Amazing” is an understatement to describe Charles. I arrived at my mom’s home & woke up the next morning to no electricity. After unsuccessfully trying to solve the issue myself, I left messages with a few companies—it was a Saturday morning, & no one was answering their phones. When I called CTC, Charles answered the phone himself & came over to save the day. He is knowledgeable, thorough & kind. He even called the next day to follow up. If you need an electrician you can trust to do a great job, I highly recommend that you give him a call. You’ll be glad that you did!

Remodeling construction before moving in. Timely, professional, thorough, and responsive. We noted that bathroom was darker than we wanted and they were able to quickly install extra light.

Needed to replace AC unit and they reconfigured electrical hookup to provide disconnect for outside condenser— all in time for HVAC installation and for patching before painters showed up, in very busy summer schedule.

Mr Clugston personally went through the problems I was having with outlets and switches. After he had left I had a problem and called him and he turned around and came back to fix something completely different “the switch” on my furnace. He went above and beyond and I so appreciate him. Charles, the owner is Awesome and his guys are 2nd to none, very polite and friendly. I needed my VERY huge kitchen light fixture taken down to have a part of it repaired. 45 minutes from the time I called Charles, Levi showed up to take the light down. When I got my light fixture repaired and called Charles, it took no more that 30 minutes for Jason to come to my door to reinstall it. I have never had service like that. Thank you guys so much!!!

Charles answered my call on a Friday evening call after I had incorrectly installed a basement light fixture and lost all power downstairs. Over the phone he walked me through a very long and detailed why to correct what I had done and restored power. Will be using him for all our electric needs!!

Joseph and Levi were great! I had a non working smart switch that they had up and working in just a few minutes. I had called 4 or 5 other electricians before them and they were the only ones who answered. Definitely recommend

The expirence that my family and I had with this company was very unpleasant. They were unprepared with materials which lead to having to pay for extra labor due to material runs. They also seemed like they were not exactly sure of who was running the show. While talking to the electricians I found that no one had their license and many were in school. I’m not an electrician but a trainee working alone, does not strike me as “safe”.

Over the past year I have been unfortunate to need an electrician several times, but also fortunate enough to have CTC in my corner. My house was built back in '66 so standards have changed drastically and the knowledge of this team (particularly Jason) is unrivaled in this region. They are very responsive and most recently exceeded my expectations. It is never fun to have a repair needed, but I am comfortable knowing that I am in the hands of CTC because I know they will deliver quality service at a fair price. Thank you CTC!

We had a housefire due to improper electrics from another contractor. CTC came in to restore our power and to secure the scene. The men were professional, courteous, timely, and most importantly - they're men of their words. I appreciate the quality of service, candor, timeliness and professionalism. We are new homeowners with Kids so when half the house lights stop working panic sets in quickly I went & flipped the breakers but nothing happened Good thing house came with a WARRANTY so we called in to submit a claim 3rd one thus far & prayed the problem was an easy fix & covered by the WARRANTY!
It happened Friday evening so we knew that night half the house would be without power but all major appliances & entertainment devices still worked I started getting worried Saturday afternoon when we still hadn't heard from the electrician yet but finally got a call from CTC I explained in detail what happen he asked for some pics & said he'd be out later Chuck Showed up & got right to work troubleshooting our problem & got us fixed up quickly. I liked how Chuck explained what he did & what went wrong very professional We chatted about home warranties & I'm thankful we hand one because I asked what the bill would've been and yeah we will be renewing the policy for sure. CTC are the best, professional and dependable electricians you need for any job. Had a nightmare with our install of a generator. Everything works now thanks to Charles and Jason. No more breakers tripping. CTC uses higher quality materials than other. We finally have complete confidence in the electrical. They get the job done correctly the 1st time, unlike others.

My boyfriend and I got home tonight and preheated the oven when it made a loud popping sound and all of the electricity in our apartment shut off. We flipped the breaker switched and nothing happened. We tried contacting our apartment maintenance but due to the late hour, could not get a hold of anyone. Thankfully we found Charles from CTC Electrical Contracting and he was incredibly helpful and patient. He walked us through all the steps to safely get our power turned back on. We are so grateful!!

I really wanted to give this guy a high rating. He came out and promptly fixed an issue when I was in a bind... But when I questioned him about an invoice for an additional job- things got ugly. I didn't feel it was handled in a professional/honest way. Be aware that CTC charges for "driving time"... I had not encountered that with the previous electricians I had worked with. (Since Mr. Charles has now responded 3 years later, and I cannot respond to his comments, I will add this to my review. First: You didn't come out on a Saturday; it was a Friday... and not an emergency, just a basic desire to have my electrical issue fixed that day so I wouldn't have to worry about it over the weekend. Second: You gave NO SUCH estimation of costs for the second job. Only that it would be roughly one hour of labor. Third: Yes, I signed a contract with lots of fine print, but you NEVER spoke any words about drive time charges, nor were any included in the first job you did, which I paid 100 dollars cash for. Lastly: We have since found an amazing contractor (Blackout Electric) who has done great, honest work on several jobs for us over the last three years. I wouldn't have had an issue with you Charles had things just been handled more professionally. You sent me a bill for the second job that included costs I was not anticipating. I sent you a cordial email asking for greater clarification (what appeared to be 100 dollars for travel time). You responded with sarcasm/hostility, and I was warned that legal/collection actions were about to been taken. I paid the bill and moved on. My wife and I are small biz owners. We get it. However, I work with contractors all the time; and I have never encountered anything close to this. My memory is better than yours sir, nuff said.)

Charles and Jason are incredibly helpful and accommodating! My mom had searched all over her area looking for a specific breaker for her home and couldn't even get someone to come out and look at it without a huge fee. Charles was able to help over the phone locate a part and make sure my mom had help step by step. We literally were treated like family and there promise was accomplished "they gave her the power."

CTC is the best to call if you have any electrical issues. We had an issue and they were very quick to respond and had the problem fixed. They were professional and even more important extremely trust worthy. They even called us back the next day to ensure we were doing well and had no further issues. We have rental properties and I will not hesitate to call CTC if we ever have any future problems. Recently purchased a house with baseboard heating. Called CTC Contracting to come see why some didn't work. Charles and his apprentice showed up on time, were polite and friendly.
