Don’t know anything about their quality as I never got the chance. Jeremie came out and looked around, then called some other guy to come out and see if he could repair. Told me I would get a bid and could be out on schedule soon. That was the last I heard from them… went with Standard and couldn’t be more pleased.

I've hired dozens of contractors and never quite had an experience like I did with Crown roofing & gutter. I never leave bad reviews, check my google history which is over 18 years old and never left one bad review but couldn't help myself with this one.

Called Crown 2 months ago to get my drip edge re-done and a new gutter, waited a month calling them every so often to see when I can get scheduled and never got scheduled. Finally they called one morning with a 2 hour heads up saying they can come out, no one was home and would have liked a little more of a heads up for scheduling because needed to put up the dogs. Waited another month and finally called them again and the project manager came out within a few days earlier this week.

They installed the gutter, but did not address the drip edge which was the main issue, rain would cause a leak on and under the siding and this was known by them from the start. Also the work order included gutter guards, I of course got no gutter guards. Also both downspouts leak...can't make this up. Called to inform them of this a few days ago, did not get a call back. Called the project manager and left voicemail, did not get a call back. I was polite and patient throughout the entire process too, could've easily lost my cool but didn't. Had to pay another contractor to fix the drip edge and they came immediately and fixed it today, wish I had used them from the start.

Again, I leave no bad reviews, or many reviews in general, but took exception to the amount of disorganization and unprofessionalism with this one. Oh and they sent me the bill today lol, despite the fact the job isn't even finished.

Very promptly returned my phone call and showed up as promised. Very polite gentleman, Calvin assesswd the damage to my roof from a tree branch and worked hard to get the damage repaired before a forecasted rainstorm. Excellent service=will use them again!

Crown replaced my roof, gutters, and windows in 2020. The entire process was excellent. They were prompt, kept the the agreed upon schedule, and the workmanship was flawless. Everything you hope for but rarely find in a contractor these days. I will be using them to do our siding at some point in the future. I definitely recommend Crown.

Very professional. They were on time. Hard working and finished in one day despite the high temperature. Protected our plants and cleaned everything up before leaving. Would recommend them to anyone.

Crown Roofing & Gutter Company was excellent from the very start to the finish of re-roofing my home and the repair and replacement work of some fascia, garage door trim board and installing all new downspouts. Their quote was very competitive for the high quality of roofing materials they use. The owner and his project manager came to my house where I was able to articulate what work I needed done. I received bids from more than three companies and Crown Roofing was the only company that said that they do not preposition their roofing shingles on top of the roof before they start removing the old roof. They are really aware that the structure of a house can be damaged by the weight of the shingles being stacked on the roof. They were able to complete the roofing and repair project in three days. They always performed a cleanup at the end of everyday. There were especially careful to protect the plants next to the house and they also covered the deck too. They really treated my home as if it were their own home they were working on. The project manager was on site and kept me informed of their progress. The quality of work was most excellent. I highly recommend this company and will consider using them for other possible future repair work that I may need around the exterior of my home.

Crown Roofing is the best! Their staff and workers are very professional and knowledgeable. We had an older roof that just needed a few repairs and we could not be happier!! They were able to replace several missing shingles and make repairs where wood underneath had water damage.

These folks did a great job! The gave a competitive quote and did a beautiful install on a new roof. Even after they found some problems with my installation of the sheathing they quoted a nominal fee, fixed the defects and stayed on schedule! I really appreciate the professionalism of the Crown Roofing Team! I would suggest them to anyone!
