It was a lengthy process like I was warned but when they "finished" they left my house with 3/4 of a new roof and a big mess to clean up in patio that didn't get done. I have waited for months for their repair man to come fix the many cracks in my walls and repair the damage to my patio they caused but nothing. I have missed several days of work for him to no show. I'd suggest finding a different company. I will say Mario was a nice person to deal with when he came by to check on the job but they dropped the ball big time.

After I had some concerns with this company. They were kind enough to reach out to me and hear my concerns. They send a good contractor to fix my interior ceiling and did a great job left it like new. Crown Cap is very reliable on customer help and go above and beyond customer service.

We are very satified with Crown Top Roofing, they were cool to work with and very understanding of our needs and issues, would definitely recommend them.

When Crown Cap Roofing came knocking to my door, it seemed too good to be true. I was hesitant about it, but decided to go ahead and have them help me. I had made a request beforehand and had issues with my insurance. Then I saw a lady walking in our neighborhood and asked for what it was, she explained the process and decided to sign with Crown Cap. The process was slow but at the end it was all worth it. I am very content with my roof. Even though I got frustrated at some point, I would recommend them!

I've been trying to do my roof for a little over a year. They haven't contact me and when I reach out my calls get ignored by the person that was suppose to help us. I had a severe leak past year amd beginning of year, they only put a tarp. I'm aware my insurance release the check to them already. I'm beyond stress and afraid of the rain this year.

Best pricing and professionalism from my point of view, these guys came in they saw, they demoed the old roof repaired the damaged wood installed new Fascia all around the house, installed the new shingles with waterproofing and vents cleaned up and left my property just the way the found it, I will be calling on them again in the near future for my second house and separate garage thanks to the Brothers and Vince from Crown Cap Roofing.

Thank you to Oscar and Joann for knocking on my door a few months ago regarding my roof. Their information and knowledge made me take the decision, for them to represent me with my insurance. Never even imagined that I would be able to get my roof replaced through my insurance. Helped fight with the insurance bcuz they only wanted to pay a portion of it and with the help of Crown Cap Roofing I got it replaced completely. Everything went through my insurance and I only paid the deductible. Once the process went through my roof was replaced within 2 days. I had a very good experience and I highly recommend this company with any of your roof damage. They even made sure that I had the exact color that I wanted. We are content with the work and now we know that our roof will be good for the next 30 years. They also replaced the entire wood to our roofs. I definitely give this company a 10/10

I personally was dealing with my insurance company, the wind damage was very noticeable and after weeks of fighting with them I had no luck. A friend referred me to Crown Cap Roofing I am extremely happy with outcome within a few weeks they got my insurance to approve a full roof replacement and my patio cover the best part was that it only cost me my deductible, they took care of the rest. From dropping off material, cleaning and replacing a full roof I was amazed that it only took the team 3 days to finish the job. One happy customer :)

Vincent & Mario got my damaged roof fixed and paid for through my insurance. I only had to pay $300. They were very kind, and responsive to all my questions and needs. I had to call them back for a small leak and Vincent made sure it was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

What a joke! What service? I was referred to them for roofing services. Super unprofessional! They said they would send someone to give me a quote within two days of our first and only call. 2 weeks passed by and nothing . I called them, no answer. A couple more days pass and finally the guy responds and says he’ll send someone. Another two days pass and a guy comes to check out the roof. NEVER not once did received a follow up…no email, no text, no call, no letter.This was back in September 2023 it’s November 2023. Business Tip: If you’re the owner, it is your job to make sure your employees represent you well and take care of your customers or POTENTIAL customers. I had 3 referrals for people who needed brand new roofs 2 of the them were buildings. Those owners have brand new roofs now but with a company that’s not you. That’s too bad.

Extremely Disappointed with Crown Cap Roofing's Services! I had an absolutely terrible experience with Crown Cap Roofing and feel compelled to share my disappointment with others. From start to finish, their services were incredibly subpar, leaving me to deal with numerous inconveniences and unaddressed issues. First and foremost, the crew from Crown Cap Roofing displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Despite promises of a clean site, they left nails and screws scattered throughout my property. As a result, not only did I find myself constantly worried about the safety of my small children, but both of my vehicles suffered multiple flat tires. This negligence is completely unacceptable and put both my family and our belongings at risk. Piles of debris were left on numerous places of the property, I was told someone would come by and collect all the trash and debris that same day, I waited 3 days before I called Mario, the first thing he did was deny any responsibility to this matter but eventually had a hauling truck come by and collect the trash. Well it turns out the person driving the hauling truck hit one of my neighbors car and said nothing, eventually we found out through surveillance videos. Furthermore, one would expect a roofing company to be competent in dealing with inclement weather. However, when it rained, water seeped into my house, causing considerable damage. Crown Cap Roofing also managed to break my house's gutters in the process. They reassured me that the gutters would be promptly replaced, but they never followed through on their promise. This lack of accountability and failure to fulfill their commitments shows a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. To add insult to injury, the timeframe for completion of the job was outrageous. What should have been a simple roofing project turned into a never-ending nightmare that dragged on for over 8 months. Their inability to meet deadlines and deliver on their promises was utterly frustrating and demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and organization. In summary, my experience with Crown Cap Roofing was nothing short of a disaster. Not only did they leave dangerous debris all over my property, leading to multiple flat tires, but they also failed to address the water damage and broken gutters, despite making assurances otherwise. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and failure to meet timelines were simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise against hiring Crown Cap Roofing for any roofing needs, as they have proven themselves to be unreliable and unprofessional.
