My experience with Creative Constructor has been pleasant throughout the whole process. He was hired to prep my home for sale. He took down 3 bedrooms of popcorn ceiling and repainted all walls and closets. He touched up the entire home and walls. Repainted all baseboards and smoothed out all cracks. His craftsmanship is detailed and he did not rush his work: One thing I also pay attention to anyone I hired is how he treats his tools. He brings his work truck and his tool bins are organized and neat: I am a firm believer that a good contractor keeps his tools and job site clean. He protected the work area with necessary materials on floors. He went above and beyond and did not hold back when there was a problem and address. No one can tell you what’s behind the wall of a home that is 25 yo unless you bust it open. His attitude is always ‘I can fix it and take care of it’. He repainted my garage and that was no easy task, correcting mistakes that previous contractor did. His cleaning crew did an excellent jobs on deep cleaning. I just can’t say enough how satisfied I am with his work, his craftsmanship and his attention to details. His price is reasonable and excellent comparing to others.
