I found the vehicle I wanted on your website. I was able to negotiate the entire deal over text messages and phone calls, including the trade of two vehicles, financing and finalizing details. I showed up at the dealership with my two trades the next day and drove away in my new Yukon. About the easiest car transaction I've ever done. Thank you Cowboy and my sales guy Chad Tapley.

Potential customers beware. Cowboy Chevrolet will sale you on shady services tacked onto your purchase. My experience is as follows, I was sold a $1500 vehicle maintenance care package that includes (3) oil changes & vehicle inspections. Included is a $50 deductible. This would have been fine if they had told me up front the cost for provided services. Instead they tacked it on to the vehicle purchase price and the salesman told me and I quote your first 3 oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections are free. I would have opted out of this additional $1500 in purchase price and financing fees had they made it know it was optional. Rather they added it on the note, said nothing, and told me exactly those services were free.

I recently purchased a 2022 Dodge Challenger from Jeff Mix, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had oil changed in 'my 22 GMC 3.0L diesel at cowboy. Dispite the checkout receipt, Tires were not properly inflated, windshield washing fluid was empty, and worst of all today I got an air filter system error on the dash. I popped the hood and there was the top part of the split air filter housing sitting about 3 inches off the bottom half that actually had the air filter in it. 2 of the screws were backed out but still in the housing the 3rd screw was sitting in a recess above the radiator, so it was taken apart and not put back together. I was an hour away from home, in Lowe's parking lot, had to go buy a screw driver to put it back together to get home. This isn't the first story about them, but it's my last! My uncle took his diesel truck there for oil change, was charged, but the oil was never changed, he was suspicious when he drove home and immediately looked under the hood and the dirt and dust was not disturbed. But they were nice enough to reset his oil life on the dash.

I made a mistake on my review with Cowboy Chevy in Heber Springs they did put the right oil in my truck . I made a mistake on reading the sticker on my truck sorry about that I been going there for many years and they always take good care of me I have bought many vehicles from and always will.

Brad West is an exceptional service advisor. Matthew Sartain , the other service advisor , is also exceptional. What stands out with Cowboy Chevrolet service department is that all people I have dealt with there have been courteous and professional. They have been very thorough when it comes to addressing issues with my vehicle. There was a young guy named Jacob Gozer that actually walked in the waiting room and thanked me for coming to Cowboy. Idid buy my truck at Gwatney Chevrolet, but have been extremely disappointed following my cash purchase on my truck. The only reason I bought at Gwatney Chevrolet is because they had a black 2024 Chevrolet Trail Boss which was a bit difficult to find in this state . Add Gwatney Chevrolet my Onstar was initiated too early I was supposed to receive a trial but I ended up paying out of my own pocket to have it turned on. I was also unhappy about how they approached another issue that I had with a ding in my truck . I will not advise anyone to purchase any other location than cowboy in the future.

WOULD NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. We bought a 2018 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins longhorn. Which they still have it reposted after they took it back. We went to a different dealer and had them check everything and there was over 16,000$ worth of damages they claimed that there gonna send it to a auction but they reposted it a day after they got it back I have a list of everything that is wrong with it. Plenty more to write on this review but this should be plenty of info NOT TO BUY FROM HERE

I was planning to drive down from Oklahoma to purchase a truck from this dealership. They required me to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, which I agreed to. However, they failed to disclose that the truck was 2-wheel drive, even though that detail was important to me. When I asked for my deposit back due to their lack of transparency, they refused, stating it was non-refundable. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone due to their poor communication and unwillingness to address their own oversight.

Dakota met me as soon as I drove my truck in and answered all of my questions, was super nice and polite. I will definitely be bringing my truck back for future maintenance needs.

I have bought 3 vehicles here because I like the sales guy. But the service department is not good. I complained everything I went there for service that my transmission was not shifting right. They would say it was fine. Everyone I know with my type of truck has same issues. Now I am out of warranty the problem is worse and I will have to pay outbof pocket. I would never recommend the service department here.

Due to my husband’s health conditions, I needed to leave by a certain time to return home. I drive 45 min one way to get to this dealership. They were great to accommodate me and got my car serviced in a timely manner. Thanks so much for making my day easier!

I am always well taken care of in the service department. They listen to what I want done and provide a detailed explanation for the service. Which is why I would purchase a vehicle or tires from this dealership. However, I always use the GMC app to schedule my maintenance appointment or any appointment. Unfortunately my wait time is exceedingly long for a simple oil change and tire rotation. For example, my last appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am and my vehicle was finished at around 2:30 pm. Previous simple maintenance’s have been 3 or more hours.

Service writer good. Management and tech personnel does not stand behind their work. Paid approx $1400 for brake repairs in April. Took Buick in Tue, Oct 10. They said left cal was not releasing and ordered parts. On Wed, while repairing left brake, they discovered right front brakes were bad and it would be another 2 days. Question? why was this not detected on Tues?? Apparently, the brakes were not repaired correctly in April. They factory brakes lasted approx 33,000 miles. The dealership brake repairs have not lasted blaming it on driver error. The cost this time approx $1,200. The service dept accepts no responsibility for their workmanship.

Buying a new car from another state is definitely a leap of faith for someone like me who has always bought in my general area. But Cowboy had the Silverado I wanted and Thomas put together a deal my local dealers could not match. He made the purchase totally painless and comfortable. Well I take it in and they look at it and tell me 900$ to fix it for new radio control it says media update and radio won't display on screen I'm a mechanic I researched it and there is supposed to be a service bulletin to fix that and it tells how will they said they couldn't reprogram it but Mark Martin and Ash flat says they can fix it for $125 so I guess we will see when I take it there I just feel like cowboy Chevrolet didn't try. They told me they never seen that before or never seen it happen well when you Google it it's all over Google talks about it and everything and it just popped up on there one day when I started the truck.

My husband and I have now bought 3 vehicles from cowboy and I can not recommend them enough to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. They have always made sure whatever your situation is that they can make the numbers work BEFORE they run credit and the whole process was done via txt message and email. All we had to do was go pick up the vehicle. Ask for trey and/ or Shawn and you won't be disappointed! We WILL be back

Awesome staff great work, they fixed my truck that had been taken to another dealership 5 times, and said they couldn't find anything wrong , cowboy Chevrolet found the problem in less than 5 minutes, they are my new best Friend
