Poor customer service. Purchased four items with a $10 off $10 coupon. Returned one item as it was the incorrect size and did not receive the full amount back. Beware if using a coupon purchase, each item individually. Brought this to the attention of the mod and they did not change the return transaction at all. Will not be shopping here again. Overpriced and poor customer service

this is a grate place the Manager Dustyn is very knowledable on where things are at as well as aboit the products and once you have everything on yor list he escorts you to the checkout wiycg is a nice touch

I bought an expensive kettle for my son on the 2nd of January 2025, it was a gift from me as I was on holiday and left the 3rd of January back to South Africa. Not even 2 days later the kettle is not working. My son is a executive Chef and works in Fraser. He does not have the time to bring the kettle back. I left the proof of purchase with my son. Can he get a refund back from Ace in Fraser. The warranty on this expensive kettle is only 60 days such a rip off for an expensive kettle. I cannot call you as I'm back in South Africa. Could you please sort this our for my son it was a gift.

Friendly service. Went for a humidifier. Easy to find and had a few choices. Also lots of cute gifts and lots of kids toys and games.

The staff were very helpful. We came from out of state and were not used to the snow. They showed us what we needed for weight in the back of the truck and then loaded it up for us as well. They were also very kind to us even though we had no idea what we were doing. Thank you!

Giving a 3 star because this place is a mess CHECK YOUR TAGS & PRICES... the staff was kind & polite but half the items where priced wrong spent more time checking prices than anything else then to boot they didn't wanna match the prices they were advertised. The one down the road in FRAISER did have the prices correct. Most would just check out and go but $57 differential is a big difference. CHECK YOUR PRICES HERE

Great resource, and after the recent remodel… even more selection in a variety of goods outside of what you’d expect to see at Ace Hardware… lots of quality home goods items… although sometimes I really do miss the simplicity of an old school hardware store

Was in Granby on a school trip.
We saw this Ace and asked our teacher if we could stop, he said sure. We ended up buying 2 machetes, 3 knives and a frisbee.
10/10 would recommend.

Called ahead to see if they had 4 5lb fire exti guishers and they confirmed. Then helped get them down off top shelf whe I got there.

Kinda the few store around...if ya need stuff...kinda one of you very few options or your driving to Denver....Its a good store...

Store is clean and well organized. I love the decor and small appliance section at the front of the store. Perfect place to browse while the husband searches for his tools!

I didn't think it was possible for me to love a store more than I love target but our local Ace here in Granby is top notch! I can absolutely always find the stuff I need and the stuff I probably didn't haha ! Cute selections for gifting and home decor!

Propane sales and service. Greenhouse products when in season. Easy access off US 40. Rechargeable snowblowers, lawn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, etc, available. "Craft" sodas, candy and limited snack trays.
