I travel on 220 in NC everyday. I blew my coolant hose and called Cotton's. He showed up and had me fixed fast and back on the road before I knew it. He is very friendly, reasonably priced and I would definitely call again.

I called and needed a new roof put on my Concessions’s trailer, Cotton and his team were very busy but because I really needed there help they made me a priority and got my new roof on in time for my event!! If you are in need of trailer repair I highly recommend them!!

I had an absolutely terrible situation in which a motorcycle T boned my 35 foot Avion camper, i struck it with the front left wheel at 70 mph, dragged it atleast 500 feet before it finally made its way from under the trailer, ripping thru all 3 wheels and taking out a considerable amount of aluminum behind the 3rd wheel. I was literally stranded on 220 right outside Martinsville. The biker ditched before impact and got away unscathed. Being from Southern Ohio/Northern Kentucky i was a long way from home and knew absolutely nobody in the area at all. After making upwards of 10 phone calls to different local shops who advertised themselves as "Full Trailer Repair" services i found nobody was willing to take on the task, i was seemingly out of luck and stuck. The last call i made was to Mr Cotton and his son Corey. They were the only ones who agreed to take on the task of getting me back rolling and not only did they accept me on the spot but they made me #1 priority right away and did a weeks worth of work in 2 long hard grueling days in the dark, cold and rain in order to get me back on the road. They gutted out the old worn out remnants of running gear and custom fabricated single wide mobile home axles to fit my camper. They even allowed me to stay on their property and made sure i had access to power and heat. Being a early 80s camper, most parts were extremely hard to come by and they drove all over tarnation all out to different towns tracking down parts some of which werent even really there when they arrived. They went over and beyond in every aspect imaginable and literally went out of their way to get me back on the road. They also charged me HALF of what they could have truly charged all things considered. The camper now pulls better than ever and has ALOT less rolling resistance and it glides over rough road now.The set up they fixed me up with is now bulletproof, if i was to ever hit a motorcycle again in the same way, that bike would be better off running into a freight train. They looked out for me big time in a old school way that you wont really see nowadays with in this modern society where everyone has a "screw you - pay me" style of conducting business. I made it home safe thanks to them. They are definitely the go-to guys on anything truck and trailer related in Southern Virginia/Northern NC....
