Project w/ them involves building an ADU and Jr ADU. All i can say is they did an EXCELLENT job! If you want quality materials, great value and a Resourceful team, get them! They also give ideas how to maximize the layout of your ADU projects. This is great especially if its your first time.

With all the delays with house remodels due to the lack of supplies and contractors we had to be very selective with who gave our bathroom remodel to. After doing a lot of due diligence we decided to go with Coronado Construction. If there's two words to describe Sergio it would be "straight shooter". His skill set was noticed after a couple minutes of speaking with him. I've given him the canvas! He's taken pressure off my shoulders by communicating with my other vendors to make sure all pieces of the project are in sync.

Sergio and team did phenomenal work on our bathroom remodel. They were communicative, on-time, and completed the work exactly as quoted (on-time and 100% complete) They truly treated the remodel as if it was their own home, and the quality and attention to detail was clear. We used CCC for a major remodel on our family home. We updated a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house to a 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath house with a remodeled kitchen, new windows and new pipes throughout, plus a new driveway and patio.

Couple of years ago we purchased a fairly large house on the hill with five bathrooms, reason we got a good deal on the house was because it needed some TLC. I can't express how good it feels to finally have five remodeled bathrooms, all of which were remodeled by Coronado Construction, which I grew to love during the process of the renovations.

I've been dealing with a lot of contractors recently and let me tell you that's extremely rare to find. He's also a nice friendly guy. You can tell that they take pride in their work. They were polite, courteous and cleaned up after they finished which is a huge plus. I had them install a level 2 EV charger, replace the can lights inside of my home with LED lights and install 3 outlets.

Sergio and his team were top-notch. From the initial consultation to pivoting several times based on new design approaches and availabilities of patio tile, he was patient, friendly and always willing to work with me. We had to remove an old broken jacuzzi from a raised patio decking and decided to expand the patio and create more livable space instead. We recently completed renovations on master & guest showers, sub-floor reinforcement and leveling of our entire townhouse, painting of ceiling and walls, and installed a solution for covering our washer and dryer cubby. Sergio and CCC did a good job at remodeling my bathroom and kitchen. They made suggestions about the type of kitchen cabinets I should get and I am happy that I followed their suggestions re a corner lazy Susan cabinet, pull-out cabinets, and countertop lights. Sergio and his crew were totally professional--the best part is that there were no job delays. When he said someone would be there at 8 am on Tuesday-they were there at 8 am on Tuesday. We are 4 weeks into a 4 to 5 month project to add a 2nd floor main bedroom and an 80% remodel of the 1st floor. We are clearing foundation inspection and are already getting all the wood on site to start the framing. It relaxes me a bit to see how on top of everything Sergio has been. Our experience with Coronado Construction Concrete work was exceptional. We got three quotes for the project. We went with Sergio because his customer service was great and his quote was fair. We had a decent size project and Sergio and his team did excellent work! They removed the old driveway and landscaping, prepped the area thoroughly, and completed the concrete in 2 days. The customer service was above and beyond. We are more than happy with the results.

Sergio and his team did a great job on my house, which included interior ceiling popcorn removal, prep and paint, interior wall paint, new baseboards, hand-railing stain and paint, touch-up, some light repair to roof and rain gutters to prep for paint, exterior painting, and some misc paint/touch-ups. He was prompt and responsive and prices were fair. Sergio was able to bundle some prep work, to save time and money. If you are looking for a concrete contractor I definitely recommend calling Coronado Construction. They were the best when it came to service and they even gave me a free estimate to go over the ideas of what I wanted for my concrete driveway for my home in Pasadena. Sergio did this like clock work, he got everything done before the month ended. Our new concrete driveway looks beautiful and we asked for him to add artificial turf as well. CCC transformed our room with a vaulted ceiling and stained beams, and the results were stunning. The vaulted ceiling made the space feel much larger and brighter! The stained beams was such a nice detail to add. The team paid attention to every detail. The entire process was smooth, and we are so happy with the final results!

Such a good time working with CCC we had two different projects for them since we wanted to fix the outside of our house. The first one was the stamped concrete they had done, it made my home look upscale than way before, it was really bland before them. We also had to add an iron fence, which was actually there idea and it goes great with the project, it gave it a timeless feel. Thank you CCC.

I recently had my driveway done in concrete and added artificial turf in between, my goodness what a great combo. The concrete driveway looks just the way I wanted it to, with artificial turn made lines stand out. It’s a huge improvement from before. The combination of the two have made my home a lot better.

We recently moved back to Glendale and needed help renovating. I found CCC on Google and met Sergio and team. They were professional and responsive - definitely deserves every stellar review. The primary work was to replace a wet bar with a wine cellar. It was a challenging project, especially in the Glendale summer heat, vendor supply issues and vendor mistakes. If you want the job done right, with utmost professionalism and attention to detail, I cannot recommend Coronado Construction Company in Los Angeles and Sergio enough. We had 2 bathrooms in our house to be remodeled. The first one we decided to go with a cheaper contractor, and boy did we regret it. You really do get what you pay for, and after that experience with shoddy worksmanship, being left with a leaking sink and leaking shower head we were pretty cautious about hiring our next contractor. And we are not new to this, having already remodeled 2 prior condos. But when we met Sergio and told him what we wanted for our master bathroom remodel, we were very reassured and our trust was justified.

We went with Coronado Construction in Los Angeles on two major projects: an extensive remodel of our home that required permitting, structural engineering, multiple bathrooms and a kitchen remodel to be redone, and a remodel of our rental
Home. For our home, we brought to them a specific design and vision of what we wanted to get done that Sergio and his crew worked very hard to deliver on that vision.

We remodeled our entire master suite, bedroom, bathroom and closet. We got 5 quotes and ended up selecting CCC, because their pricing was somewhere in the middle, and their quote had a high level of detail to prevent later surprises.

The designers did a great job envisioning the space for us and helping us select options and materials. You have to keep an eye on the total cost since creative designs and materials tend to be expensive. Sergio, our project manager, was very focused on making us happy. As with any construction, there were some bumps in the road, and you have to closely check along the way if you are getting what you want.

Coronado has proven themselves to be worthwhile contractors. Our Kitchen remodel turned out to be better than expected; the drab space was turned into the centerpiece of our living room.

Their communication, service, and price point is unbeatable and they're proven themselves to be reliable as everything went according to schedule.

We did a whole house renovation including structural changes, bathroom and kitchen renovations with Coronado Construction. Their price might be higher than others; however, their service makes it up. For example, we had a hard time to work with structure engineers and the fire sprinkler contractor who are not hired by Coronado; our project manager, Sergio contacted them directly and solved the problems to make sure everything keeps up with the schedule.

Sergio is a hard worker, we usually would receive his messages early in the morning or late in the evening in regards with our project, and he is very fast in terms of responding our questions. What impress us the most was we asked them to fix some problems after the project was finished, they were still able to get it done within a day or 2.

Most of CCC’s crew is professional and polite, we felt safe to give them our keys while we are away. It was pleasant to work with Coronado.

My bathrooms were really outdated when I purchased my home in 2022. I always planned to remodel them, but didn't know exactly where to start. I reached out to a couple of contractors who gave me estimates that were way out of my budget, until I found CCC coronado construction. They came by for a typical free estimate and made me feel comfortable in putting my trust and money in their hands.

I wanted a modern look that was consistent between both bathrooms, but didn't know exactly how it would look. The teams designer gave me a preview of a mixture of woods and tiles which made it super easy to finalize the project. Overall, this was the most hassle free project I've ever had. I have yet to run into any issues, but they said to call in case anything was out of place and they would come fix it to my liking free of cost, that is fantastic service if you ask me!

So I decided it was time to remodel my bathrooms. I used GOOGLE to find some local contractors with excellent reviews to obtain the estimates. I contacted and met with a total of 4. Coronado Construction came in with a quote that was in the middle of the range but I really liked Sergio and his presentation and answers to my questions so I made my choice to go with CCC. I am very happy with that decision and the final outcome is fabulous! All the workers were on time, professional and respectful of us and our neighbors (we live in a condo complex). I would be comfortable recommending CCC. I would suggest that you make sure you understand what will be delivered upfront to avoid any additional charges or misunderstandings. The work is top notch!

I just completed a bathroom remodel with Coronado Construction and was so happy with the outcome ! They completed everything on time, their workers were excellent, neat, and pleasant to have in my home.We had one glitch which was handled quickly and efficiently. They also considerately worked around my vacation schedule !

Beware of doing business with this company—it's a fraud operation through and through. They run a check scamming ring with connections to Mexico. They lure you in, ask for goods or services, and then deposit fraudulent checks. They claim they need delivery through their "preferred" courier, who turns out to be in on the scam. Once your bank account is drained, their checks bounce and the funds are long gone. Avoid them at all costs. They then turn around and add fake reviews to hide the negative ones that show the shady things they are doing!

Do not do business with this company ‼️ they are scammers. And absolutely do not take a check from them. Their checks have no funds. I added a photo before with their business name and address of a bad rejected check. Take your business elsewhere. You will thank me later. Do not trust these people and their company. I have already filled reports to the Better Business Bureau and The Los Angeles Police department for check fraud.

Sergio from Coronado Construction went above and beyond for us, It took me a month of research looking for a good "General Contractor." I met with many individuals who were the owners of a business and they all over charged or some that I worked with in the past were extremely bad at communication nor did the project manager ever showed up for the final inspection. It seemed that they were just good at signing the contract and then not following up with the pending work. That was not the case with Coronado Construction. I was very impressed with the workmanship that was conducted by Sergio who went above and beyond in excellence.

Sergio and his team did a spectacular job on our kitchen project. Our project was on the minor side - just added some cabinets and a countertop along a wall. However Sergio did not make our job seem any less important than any of the other larger projects he had going on - he was available to us whenever we had questions and provided clarity every step of the way.

The job we did was a custom cabinet job so he had his design specialist come in and help us build out exactly what we wanted. From there we ordered parts and got the ball rolling - most other places quoted several weeks and sometimes months lead time, however Sergio did everything from start to finish in about a month.

Just completed phase 2 of our full house renovation, this phase lasted approximately 2 months. The phase included a bathroom remodel, restructuring of some walls, and a major facelift to the laundry room and one bedroom. Again we worked with Sergio on this phase and were very pleased with the final result of the work that was completed.

We had a very positive experience. All of the things that can be frustrating about working with contractors were generally not an issue here. Sergio was incredible about sticking to schedule. We had tight timelines for both projects, and they were completed exactly when promised (in fact a bit ahead of schedule). This was particularly impressive for the second project, which required digging a foundation in the midst of heavy rains this past winter. Sergio also was responsive, communicated clearly, and stuck to budget. Any disagreements we had along the way were resolved professionally and with both sides happy. And, most important, I'm happy with the outcome and the quality of the project

First things first I would like to say that this company is very professional. Sergio explained everything elaborately & assured me that the process would be simple, as the reason I had put it off for so long was because of the hassle. Our kitchen was remodeled beautifully, quickly, and economically. From the project manager to the workers I felt that all my questions were answered rather than being given the run around as with many other companies I had consulted. Sergio & his team really took care of us & I am must say I am so happy with our brand new kitchen. Can't wait to bring over the family for Sunday dinners!

I am an interior designer and chose Sergio to remodel my bathroom/ guest bedroom and it was obvious that he takes his craft seriously. I have worked with many contractors in my line of work and rate him among the top in his field. I can't say that about all of the contractors I have worked with. Some of the important details to me: He kept me abreast of costs with projections, he was on time, his crew was respectful and respectable, he returns calls promptly, he gave me change orders before the work proceeded, the project was always clean at the end of the day and he always answered my questions with interest and respect.

Loved working with Sergio and his crew. We had to remodel the common area in our building on a very tight timeline, and CCC were able to deliver both on budget and with very high quality.

In particular, I want to call out the exceptional communication and quality control. There was one part of the job that required more attention than expected, and the team went above and beyond to keep refining the workmanship until it was absolutely perfect.

Amazing company! I had my entire kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled with Sergio since he had the best deal compared to other companies. The quality of the finished work was above and beyond what I thought it would be because of how fast they were able to finish everything. The fence that I share with my next door neighbor fell in November and we inquired for fence repair and replacement on here, and Coronado Construction was one who responded back. Sergio was prompt with his responses on here, including scheduling an estimates of the fence work. His assessment and estimate was quite competitive with the other companies who came and offered theirs. Once the work started, he gave us a start date, informed us how long the work is going to take and had the final estimates documented for our review. I found our working relationship to be clear and concise, and clarifications were offered if there were any questions. CCC comes highly recommended as I would reach out to Sergio for any future construction work.

I had used CCC to install new tile flooring in my laundry room, and I was happy with their work, so I asked them to come back out to quote a few medium size projects that I needed done. The project manager came out with some of his team members within a week, and they took their time inspecting my home (including the crawl space) to determine how best to address my needs. After a few days, I received their quote, and we moved forward with scheduling the project. The workers were always very polite and took care to perform quality work. I will definitely use THEM again for future projects at my home.

After a great deal of research and hand wringing I hired Coronado Construction to do a backyard remodel. I couldn’t be happier with that decision. Sergio and his team were incredible. They are meticulous craftspeople who really take great pride in their work which is evident in the final result. They deftly handled any last minute changes we wanted and their expertise was invaluable whenever my wife and I got a bit paralyzed with indecision over something we wanted to add/change. They also always showed up when they said they would which is so incredibly rare. In addition to the fantastic work, they are just delightful people in general. And now I will close out this review and return to lounging in my lovely, new back yard.

Project with smooth as expected with Coronado turning my garage into an ADU, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Sergio, the project manager, was amazing the entire process. My goodness these guys are the best! (JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICS) I only work with the best that’s why I do non stop research and screening till I find the right team to do it! I had a big job for them which was to paint the whole exterior of our home, they showed us many different options but the elastomeric paint was just the right touch for a smooth finish! Sergio was awesome and is awesome, he got the job done in 4 days time! No mess whatsoever, gotta give credit when credit is due! 5 stars for you!

An amazing addition to the home! Been thinking about getting this done for the past year, but when I met Sergio randomly through a neighbor I knew he was the right guy to do it! We wanted to do a renovation in our backyard and put in a new deck! Of course we went with Coronado Construction Company, we only trust them after they did our bathroom renovation for us about two years ago, we hired them about two weeks ago and the job was done in that time! Really grateful for the team!

I cant say enough good things about Coronado Construction Company! We had never had any kind of major home remodel done in the 40 years we have lived in our home. Needless to say, it was time! A search online led us to CCC! It was an exciting, pleasurable experience. Sergio is a perfectionist when it comes to his project. I am thrilled with our new open kitchen, dining, and living room! But, my absolute favorite is my new art studio! It is no less than fabulous! It was such an easy, fun experience, we are almost ready to move on to improving the rest of the house.

We hired CCC and their crew for a complete remodel of our bathroom. It was a complete gut and we could not be happier. They were so friendly and easy to work with. They has great design ideas too. They were able to give us everything we dreamed of and more. Their team was great too! They were very friendly, neat and absolutely meticulous with the work they do. They were also able to work around the fact that it was the only tub and shower in the house, not leaving us without one or the other through the entire process. These guys are truly talented! We are so impressed.

We’re undergoing a huge renovation to combine the kitchen and living to make a great room. We knew the success of this project started with the studs. We hired Sergio and his team for our framing and sheetrock. This included knocking down a load bearing wall between the two rooms to create an open plan, framing our laundry room, closing a window space, adding another window, creating a chimney wall for our tv and fireplace feature, and raising the floor to make one level. Coronado did amazing work!! You can definitely see the 20+ years of experience when they go to work. They were very punctual and always ahead of schedule, efficient, and workmanship is impeccable and precise. We were highly satisfied. I really appreciated the suggestions that Sergio offered based off of his experience that we would never have thought of. From the very beginning he was always super quick to respond and very accommodating. He made us feel very comfortable. The pricing for the work was very competitive and reasonable. They really try to work with your budget. We highly recommend Sergio and his team and definitely look forward to using them in the future

Sergio and his team are the absolutely best. They did such an amazing job fixing our rental house that was completed destroyed by our tenants (repaint walls and cabinets, replace carpet floor with laminate, fix sink leakage, toilet etc.). Sergio was so patient to work with us on the best option to achieve our goals within our budget without compromising on quality. Sergio was on top of the project and I was 100% comfortable with the team being there when I could not be. I received pictures along the way and was always called if there were any communication issues of what should be done. When the job was complete Sergio followed up with us multiple times to ensure there were no issues and make sure everything was 100 percent to our liking. We are extremely happy with the results. Coronado Construction has exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them for your next remodel!!!!

It was a great pleasure to work with Sergio from Coronado construction and his team. They did an outstanding job on a partial bathroom renovation, kitchen faucet replacement and back yard landscaping work to include weed blockers and rocks. Sergio was very communicative throughout the renovations. His team was very professional and they completed the project on-time and on budget. Even when adjustments were needed to be made, he dealt with it fast and to my satisfaction. Sergio no doubt went above and beyond!

I had an extremely tough job for Sergio. He has worked on my downstairs kitchen but now he was going to work on a Bathroom remodel in the attic, I know unheard of. It was a bit of a challenge for Sergio and his team but just as always, he delivers every time! The bathroom remodel went smoothly as can be, it’s great to know that I built this relationship with CCC because I feel so happy when I can recommend a construction business to my friends and family! We had CCC refinish our kitchen recently, which covered new countertops, painting the cabinets, and installing a new sink, hood, and stovetop. Sergio was very responsive, and we were impressed with his work ethic. He saw things through fully and sent crews back out to address any follow ups that needed some more work. We are planning to use them again when we're ready for our bathroom remodel later this year.

Coronado Construction made my home beautiful! We renovated a kitchen, bathroom, and dining room in my 100-year-old house, completed over several months. Before the project, I met many contractors who were ready and able to renovate the space, but Sergio was the only one who offered design ideas that made the space feel special and custom. For example, he helped me pick the perfect tile for the bathroom. He covered a load-bearing beam with a creative curved ceiling. Of course, all of the practical things were taken care of, too -- leveled floor, safe electrical, updated plumbing.They pulled this off beautifully, so I can only imagine what they can do for you. Beautifully designed project by Coronado! Sergio was an amazing help to bring our dirt patched backyard to life. It is vibrant and green and it’s straight out of a movie. They did all the designs for us when it came to the landscape and beautifully constructed ADU, that has all the amenities it needs for a proper back house for our family guest house. Big thank you to Sergio the project manager and his hard working team. I wouldn’t have had it done any other way.

Their work speaks for itself, (see pictures) we wanted to upgrade the style and ambiance of our backyard for the summer and just needed the right person to see the vision and execute. The team at Coronado construction company does it all, when you explain what you want for your home they are already coming up with ideas and the right way to input everything so there is no future problems you have to deal with. They even have a design team dedicated to working with your ideas. We got a beautiful redwood deck installed with lights that they had just finished earlier this week. It is beautiful seeing it from start to finish!
