Ray did a superb job on our log home, and was great to work with. He not only spent long hours of hand sanding, chinking touch up, and other prep before staining, but also spent extra time to make some trim repairs and improvements that were long overdue. He researched the materials we'd previously used and made sure the various products were all compatible, offered great suggestions regarding colors and types of finishes, and made sure we were happy with how everything looked as he went along. He will definitely be our first call when we next need any work done!

I am so stoked that we chose Cornice Painting LLC to complete our outdoor painting. I received a few quotes, but I felt most comfortable with Ray. He communicated openly and casually while staying professional, and listened carefully while I spoke to ensure my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. While he was here, he also repaired a damaged section of our garage (before and after included in the photos for reference).
I work from home and we have a large dog. Ray would send me a text message or knock to let me know that he was headed to lunch. He would also send a text when he was on his way (either to start the day or come back from lunch or an errand). This allowed me to let me dog out, take in some sun, and just in general be prepared for his arrival. His communication level is a huge indication that he takes pride in his work and cares about the comfort of his clients.
When he had questions or recommendations throughout the project, he would let me know and give me the information I needed to make an informed decision. He accessed our home a few times to wash out his brushes when needing to switch to another color. Each time he was in our home he was courteous and conversational. Overall, we just felt very comfortable.
The paint looks amazing, and we love the new color of our home. If we have any painting needs in the future (interior or exterior) we won't be looking for other quotes - it will be Ray.

Ray did an amazing job painting my office in downtown Hood River. The interior job included 3 1/2 walls with one color and 1/2 of a wall with an accent color and Ray made that line laser sharp. My office has such a great look with the paint alone. Ray was super kind, flexible, on time and great communicator regarding timing and pricing. I highly recommend him!

We really enjoyed working with Ray on our kitchen cabinet and interior paint job. Ray came and painted my house this summer and he did an amazing job! He was helpful and honest about all adjustments to the bid and I found him to be quite thorough and detail-oriented. He cared about the little things like decisions in what to paint in the trim color (like venting) and trying not to be intrusive when painting around windows, etc. I would be glad to hire again for similar projects.
