I don't think there's anything this guy can't do! He can do repairs, construct, build, develop, and is VERY innovative. And modest. Joe helped bring to life my dog pen that had been in the works for months and the finished product was *Chefs Kiss*, better than I had imagined it would be when finished! Meticulous in his methods, he ensured the fence was secure and not offer a breach for my 2 monster dogs. The project started when he went and hand selected the panels, ensured delivery, and then began the process of bringing to life a wonderful and secure place for my 2 dogs. Even friends and work colleagues whom I've shown pictures to, have been impressed and commended the work that it took and how nice and presentable the dog pen turned out. Talk about the work of a saint...You best believe I have future projects I'll be requesting his services for.

Joe assisted in getting my travel trailer relocated. He took the time to ensure it was correct and level once we got it to where it needed to go to. Definitely an all around guy who seems very knowledgeable and can do just about anything asked of him. I don't think there isn't anything he can't do!

Joe was hired to replace the Old power pole with a new power pole as the photos show the old one on the left and the new one on the right,

joe took the time to run the wires to the new pole under ground so as not to have exposed wires making a much cleaner looking job!

Joe's work was completed in a timely fashion!

Consider It Done? Shiiii...This dude already has it done sized up and figured out once he understands the request order! Estimate for a pet pen or other task? A breeze. RV heater on strike? Dude will have that heater back on point before the temps drop that evening. And let's talk about this guys demeanor...Never met a more patient, humble, and kind individual than Joe, even with some of the most high strung and needy clients that most others would walk away from. Consistent, Steady, Meticulous, and ensures things are done correctly...And I'm sure there's plenty of other attributes I could list. This guy has even caught things established licensed contractors have done and he's went in after mentioning it to the client, and corrected it. He never turns a job down unless he doesnt think its within his scope (SO RARE!), communicates with all his clientele, and is never a no show. He's so good, I've even scheduled an appt to go get supplies for a dog run. It won't just be Consider It Done...it'll be Consider It Completed and done to satisfaction!!!

I had been searching for help and got very high quotes and went to Google for local handyman and Joe answered my call and gave me an affordable quote. He got right to work to drill the wall and hung mirror and picture in living room. Then he created the hanging strings on 3rd picture and hung it. Done!

Any problem that you have is able to solve it!! We had a problem with our AC, toilet, and ceiling fan and he fix all of them. On top of this he’s just a really good person we have left the house and he was alone, we trusted him with everything and we came back to see him still working around the house. Amazing service.Would give 10 stars if I could!

stay far away from Joe at this company. Guy is a flake. He told me he would do a repair on a door and he would be at my house at 10 AM yesterday no-show. I called him up and I said are you coming he said he would be there at 11:30 no-show again and he told me he would be there at 1 o’clock then he told me he would be there at two long story short never showed up made some lie up why he couldn’t be there but he promised he would be there today February 2 at 10 AM again. No-show so I took off work two days in a row and I told him that I did that and he laughed . He then told me he would be there no later than 1130 today once again no-show he said that he had a problem with another client and all the pipes broke and he was there all night. Trying to fix the pipes. Goes to show you his workmanship. then he told me just wait that he would show up and he would be there. He never showed up. I called multiple times no answer. I text him saying if he doesn’t want the job and doesn’t want it just tell me I’ll get somebody else, but please don’t string me along, no reply. He could’ve just had the common courtesy decency to call me and tell me he wouldn’t be there again instead of blowing me off again and just doing a no-show use at your own discretion I would never recommend him.

Joe was great! He’s very knowledgeable and was super helpful in the things we needed done around our house. He pays close attention to detail and works very hard until the job is done right. I would recommend him to anyone looking for work done around the house.

Joe was supposed to come out Saturday morning at 8am but that time came and went. I reached out to him and he stated that there was a mess up with the schedule and they had me down for Monday. I told him to just let me know if he could come later in the day on Saturday but I never heard back from him and he hasn't reached out on Monday either when I was supposedly scheduled either. It just would have been nice if there was at least some communication saying sorry I can't make it rather than saying nothing at all.

This seems to be a new trend! But at least we didn’t give him money. Joe was supposed to be at our home yesterday morning. After trying to get a hold of him a few times he finally responded late that afternoon that he had an emergency with his mom but that he’d be at our home soon. He never showed leaving us in a really tight spot. If you can’t make it, cool. But communication is key!!!

We called Joe from Consider it Done Handyman Services on 1/13/2020 to come over & give us a quote on a few upgrades we wanted done to our trailer in a 55+ Community. He was polite on the phone and sounded very genuine. He came over, we were pleased with his demeanour & the quote he gave us was acceptable. So we hired him, he said he could do the work for us at the end of the week. He gave us a material list and said he would want 50% or $450 as a down payment. He said he’d come the next day to pick up the money. Joe & his helper came over on 1/14/2020 to get the money. We invited them in, gave Joe a soda & his helper a beer. Joe sat here and told us about his credentials to be a handyman & how honest he is. That he cares so much about his customers and aims to please. He was so proud of his 4.9 customer review rating on the internet. He then told us about his family & that he’s taking care of his 83 yr old Mother. He promised he’d be here the following day at 2pm to start the work, that he’d finish up the job on Friday January 16th.

Joe sent a text Thursday saying he won’t be coming at 2pm to start the work, said he was tied up in Pinal County doing some paper work. Said he promised to start the work the next day, Friday at 9am. We got everything ready here for Joe to start work at 9, Joe never showed up. I sent him a text asking where he was, no response. A few minutes later I sent him another asking him to text to let us know when he’ll be here, no response again. A 1/2 hr later I phoned, he never answered, the call went to voicemail. I kinda figured that would happen. A few hours later I phoned again, same thing, a voicemail. Now I’m not happy, We trusted this guy. He sat in our home 2 days before, accepting our hospitality & telling us what a nice man he was. Two days later he doesn’t show up to do the work he promised to do & steals the $450 down payment to boot. We’re appalled he would do this to us or anyone for that matter. Ok Joe, you can't do the work for some reason, we get that, but give us our $450 deposit back. He sent us an email on the 14th that included a receipt of the down payment, what good does that do if we can’t find him. This guy is a THEIF, buyer beware.

Joe was knowlegable of the plumbing and cabinet work he did. I would have him do work again. I would also refer him.

I had a leak in my front yard that was costing me money by the minute. They quickly came out dug everything up, fixed the leak and another section of pipe that was definitely going to leak in the future. They were very professional, quick, and the price was lower than any other quote I received.. Most importantly, I haven't had a problem with the leak since..

Joe could probably build you a house if you set all of the materials in front of him and said go! That speaks to his skill level as well as his vast wealth of knowledge. So nice to have joes number in my phone on speed dial for when I have a huge home remodel job I need a hand with or something more simple like replacing a toilet. Joe is professional and gets the job done right and for a good price. Would highly recommend.

Advertisements for a handyman are everywhere you look. However, a "GOOD" handyman is hard to find. Joe is one of the first calls I make when I am looking for someone who can handle a variety of repairs. Joe is cordial and considerate and actually cares about the jobs that he does. When a refrigerator went down at one of my rentals he took the time to go pick up a refrigerator for me and install it for the tenant. This was the extra mile. That's when I moved Joe to the top of my list. Make Joe your first call and "Consider It Done".

I needed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal so I called Joe. He did great work, cleaned up, and had reasonable pricing. Will definitely call him again.

We had purchased a new frontload washer/dryer set. Installers could not install the washer due to corroded shut off valves. Needed to replace them, so searched for a handyman. Found Consider It Done. Gave them a call and Joe had an opening that evening. He quickly replaced the valves and suggested having an access panel in the garage, which totally made sense. The price was lower than expected and the work was excellent. So the next 2 times that we needed work done, I called Joe. I now have him on speed dial on my phone. I would highly recommend his service.

Joe is very knowledgeable and personable. The work he does is top-notch. Hired Consider It Done Handyman Service to install an older tank-less water heater, insulate attic and run some low voltage cable. Work was done promptly and and correctly. Reasonable prices, highly recommend.
