I cannot express how incredible it was working with Complete Contracting LLC on our recent home repairs. We had an unfortunate incident where our ceiling collapsed that left us unable to occupy our bedroom for 3 months, with a newborn, and Complete Contracting LLC saved the day.

Lori, Angie and the entire team were communicative & extremely professional from the beginning of our connection, especially while dealing with a very difficult insurance situation. They never gave up on helping us get the situation sorted while delivering impressive results. Their team showed up everyday knowing exactly what needed to get done and always left the surrounding parts of our home better than it was when they arrived. Lori & Angie communicated the estimated time to complete the job and ETAs of when we could expect workers to show up which was much appreciated while navigating newborn naps!

They completed the job within the estimated timeframe which is often unheard of when completing several repairs simultaneously. Leo also did a final walkthrough with us to ensure we were pleased with the work. We can’t say enough about how amazing they were & highly recommend them for all of your contracting needs. They are worth every single penny you will spend & we will be customers forever!

A few months ago I scheduled for an employee to come by my house to speak with me about repairing or replacing my roof and gutters only to be stood up . I waited for 3 hours on my porch for someone to show up and nothing. I called later to complain about the lack of respect for my time and schedule only to be told that someone did come to the house and that they will be sending me a quote via email. I checked my cameras and saw that the employee never got out of his vehicle and simply parked up for 2 mins and then left. Oh and the quote that I asked for arrived 2 weeks after via email with no detail on how or what would be fixed.

The carpenters that built my deck and front stairway railing did a great job! They worked through a terrible heat wave and were still able to do excellent work. Thank you!

The team at Complete Contracting is so professional and worked with us to do some updates on our home in our budget! We are so thankful and highly recommend them for your home too! Out of all of the bathroom remodelers and contractors that I met with CC was by far the best and easiest to work with. I simply provided the items that I was interested in installing and they did all the rest. I couldn't have been more happy with the results. The workers were polite, on time, and hard working to get the job done within the time frame we agreed upon. I will definitely be using their services again on other home improvement projects.

Complete Contracting, PO Box 39, Sutherland, VA worked on my rental property and did a fantastic job. The workers are dedicated and amazing and I must give a huge shout out to "Robert" as he was on the job for every bit of the 3 weeks+ they worked on the house to get it ready for sale. The only reason they did not get five stars is not the work or workers but the office staff and management. They rarely return emails or calls and only reach out to ensure the payment was mailed at the right time. This is an easy fix Complete Contracting, respond to your customers or at least say, I will get back to you. I spent close to $30K and could not get a response to my emails or a response to a walk-thru at the completion of the work. Thank goodness the work was on par and I do not have any issues with the quality of the work or it being completed. I’ve had the honor to use Complete Contracting a few times over the last few years. They have painted, installed lights, ceiling fans, faucets, gas stove, barn door and a few more projects. Each time, the gentleman come to my home, they are very knowledgeable, kind and have an eye for detail. I truly lucked out a few years when I found this company. I truly know that I can call on them anytime for my projects like I did this week and they are there to help. They truly listened to my issue at my home and rearranged things to accommodate my needs. So nice to have a company like this that truly cares about the customer. From the office staff to the field employees, this company does it right.

I contacted complete construction after reading the reviews and a referral. I thought they would be fair. The gentleman who came to my home, as I did not get his name for he did not introduce himself, was in a hurried and rush so I knew this would be a bad experience. He looked at the bathroom that needed floor repair and seal, Flang installed. I had removed the toilet to replace the seal and flank but found floor was damaged. I waited a week for a quote after calling twice. Was told he was busy and had to research prices for some items. A good estimator would know a ball park figure. After waiting a week, I was shocked when I received the estimate. The toilet was $1,000.00 dollars and he had not included the floor repair! How could he overlook this when this was my main reason for contacting them! The bathroom is a small one with only the toilet as I have a master suite. Other items were simple, paint outside trim and make repairs Estimate was close to $9,000.00! I was floored. Not many repairs to be made. I contacted them by text and never heard from them. I found this to be unprofessional and when I spoke with the lady when trying to get the estimate I let her know the gentleman was rushed and took no notes but photos. There is no way this work would cost this much! My entire outside of my home plus trim cost me less than their quote afew years back. I think being female they thought they could get this kind of money from me. They are far too much on pricing.
