Jacob made me feel valued. With other companies it seems you'll work with one person, just to be passed along to another and another. From the moment I started my claim, until the end, I only worked with Jacob Linett. My entire roof was replaced through my insurance, the only thing I paid was my deductible. Admittedly, it sounded too good to be true, however these guys really followed through and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them.
