Never have I ever had better service! Amazing people! On time! On budget! Went completely above and beyond! Cannot recommend enough!

They initially were very good. They came out, looked and what we wanted to do which was a deck and pergola... Said they could do it and would get back with us....I had to call them after receiving the quote due to a question on the price and the owner's wife told me that she believed he had quoted me the wrong price and she would get right back with me. A week went by and no phone call even after trying to contact them again. My parents used them and were very pleased, but something has happened in my opinion to their business since that time. Very disappointing.

I can't speak for the quality of this business, however, this business is very unresponsive. I originally emailed them to ask about doing repair work, they emailed me stating they had been trying to call me. I told them I was not able to have my phone at work, but gave them my work number and also tried to call them, but no answer. I emailed several times, left a voice message and no call-back. We actually saw someone go out to my parents house (on the Ring) and I assume it was them as I gave them their address, but no response, no email, no nothing. This is not the way to run a business.

I hired CHI, Inc. to replace a damaged section of gutter and to install gutter guards on all of the gutters. CHI provided excellent service from first contact to job completion. The quality of the work is exceptional and the crew and owner are thoroughly professional. Wait time was minimal and pricing is unequalled. Will definitely call them for my next project.
