In one word - outstanding! Cody remodeled my parents entire house top to bottom. He did a outstanding job and his price was very fair. Cody has worked in the field since he was young...starting off working for his father, so he knows the business and gives great recommendations. He is very detailed and conscientious. When he was not satisfied he made some contractors come back until he felt the job was done right. We would wholeheartedly recommend him for anyone wanting to remodel. Outstanding expertise and a great personality... Makes it fun to work with him. Cody and Tim special ordered my heavy rough cut oak for my Pavilion and wrestled the wood into place! All in one day!! Cody removed cracked grout and replaced it with caulk where glass tile and quartz countertop meet. He was thorough, the job is beautiful and he cleaned up afterwards. He also installed new cabinets in my laundry room and repaired and painted the basement stairwell walls. He got these jobs completed in one day, and the quality is wonderful. I would recommend him completely to anyone looking for updates at their home.

Very happy with the company from the get go. They were professional while they were here and worked hard to finish in not so great weather. My chickens love their new enclosure, my front porch looks good again and I will enjoy the screened in porch (sides and under) once the weather turns. Definitely recommend them and will have them do any other projects that come up for my home.

We really love the basement. It has become my office and workout area. I love, love, love my basement bathroom and we have also had great family times in the family room.

CodyCo. helped us with building the majority of a pole barn for our farm. They were very flexible with adapting a design we came up with, making their own suggestions, working with us in every step of the process, and advising for the portion of the project we wanted to do ourselves. When we selected CodyCo to do our deck project we knew we would be working with a company referred by locates Clark County residents. We had 4 other companies bidding on the job, but felt that CodyCo’s experience would get us where we wanted to be. We have dealt with a lot of contractors in the recent past, so our expectation for friendliness and customer service was low. We were pleasantly surprised when the team showed up for the first day of the project. They were friendly and answered any questions we had with no hesitation. They are truly passionate about the work they are doing and are also just really nice people. We hope to do some more projects soon with CodyCo and highly recommend their craftsmanship. We even had an inspector comment on the exceptional craftsmanship!

CodyCo. Construction built a 400 sq ft paver patio for our backyard. He did an awesome job and most importantly, did the job the right way. You can tell when speaking with Cody that he cares about the quality of his work, and takes pride in his projects. It shows in the finished product. We don’t have enough great things to say. We contacted Cody to do a fence for us. Just like any normal person shopping for a fence we had another company(a more well known fencing company) do an estimate for us as well. We chose Cody because not only would we rather support someone growing their company, but he was the only one who followed up with us after doing his estimate to see if we had any question or if there was anything he could do to help. He was prompt to answer upon our inquiry, and never missed a beat throughout the process when it came to communication. This man cares about his work and to us, that speaks volumes. He is honest to a fault(seriously he asked us questions that we wouldn’t have known one way or another if he did or didn’t do it ) and his work is top notch. They kept the job site clean, and left it clean when they were finished. If you want a quality job done well by a good person, look no further!

Cody Seabright is a smart, hard-working, talented guy that is a pleasure to be around. His 20 years of construction experience enables him to bring a lot of knowledge and wisdom and think projects all the way through. Combined with his attention to detail, I cannot see how anyone can go wrong when hiring Cody for their project.
It's amazing how one man can be so adept at so many things. Aside from his jobs, doing tiling, electrical, foundations, waterproofing, etc.
Cody is also an excellent heavy machinery operator. Codyco Construction did the excavation for our house addition. This was a complicated project that involved an ICF foundation. He did it perfectly. Everything exceeded even my perfection-leaning expectations.
He was prompt and courteous, and his prices were fair. We had some shared frustration with another subcontractor that we were depending on. Many contractors in Cody's shoes would have thrown up their hands, but Cody's demeanor and flexibility helped keep everyone happy and keep the project moving forward. I can't say enough good things about Cody and his team.
I was sad to see him leave the site when he was all wrapped up. He was the best of the 10 subcontractors we've had on our year-long project to date. I would hire Codyco Construction again in in the future without hesitation.

Cody did everything he said he would do on time and with great communication. He prepared a pad for a small pole building and dug the holes for the posts. He let me know when he thought we should delay for weather to make sure his equipment did not tear up my yard. My yard looks great and the pole building is going up.
