Thought I had found a dependable and professional handyman to install a storm door for me. Emailed and called and left a message explaining who I was and what I was looking for. No response. Waited a few weeks and called again since I never received a return call. Spoke with Bobby and he said he would check his schedule with his wife who does his scheduling and call me back. No call. When I did call him again he said he could come the next Friday. Great. I then got a text saying he had a funeral to attend that Friday but he would be over the following Friday. I texted him to see if we were still on the following Friday and have yet to hear anything. This is not the way to do business. I usually don’t give anyone a negative review but this non response is not the way I work. If you didn’t want this small job at least give the common courtesy of a call or a text saying “I’m not interested since I’m too busy.” I found someone else.
Bobby did a great job on our window frame. It took a long time to find someone to repair the frame instead of trying to replace the window. Thank you so much!
Bobby replaced an outside door for us. We could not be more pleased. He was easy to work with and completed the job in a very timely professional manner. Even down to a very complete cleanup. We will definitely use their service again.
