Coastal Exteriors did a great job. It's so challenging to find a company that can set (and keep) expectations, give a fair price with great communication. This was the first time I have paid for someone to power wash my house and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. I will continue to use them.

Keenan just did roof cleaning for me and it looks much better. It’s been restored to its original color. Black streaks are gone and moss has been treated. Keenan is very pleasant and courteous. Knowledgeable and prompt delivering his service. I would recommend him without reservation.

Wonderful experience! Had to get 6 brick apartment buildings soft scrubbed, surface cleaned and have the gutters cleaned. They communicated throughout the entire time and provided a detailed invoice upon completion. They spoke to concerned residents and eased their worries about damage to their outdoor gardens. I cannot recommend them enough for the great work and professionalism they provided.

I strongly suggest that you give this young man a try as he’s restored hope back into me with the, delivering blood, sweat and tears kind of grind that I was raised up on at a young age!

My husband and I recently bought a house that has needed much love, one of the first things we did was have it pressure washed. They got here promptly in the morning and when I got back in the afternoon Omg what a huge difference!!! They even got the iron stains completely off our pool deck stairs. Thorough is a word I’d use to describe Coastal Exteriors. They didn’t miss a single spot. They even cleaned behind rain gutters where you couldn’t even see the dirt. We were extremely pleased with the results of the exterior home wash. Their wash revitalized our exterior and removed all the mildew. It now looks like our exterior received a fresh coat of paint. We are very happy with our house and deck washing. We had talked about painting as it was pretty dingy, but the existing paint is in pretty good shape so we saved a lot of money. The guys came on time, they were very diligent in carefully moving things out of their way and replacing what had been moved. We have a lot of shrubbery and there was no damage from their ladders and equipment. The price was fair and the house looks like new!
