Warm, educated, professional. Excellent eye for detail. Found areas needing improvement not in his expertise. Jesse knocked on my door after seeing a large competitor leave my home. Stated if I needed a roof, that I should use anyone but that company. He proceeded to explain they were selling me an inferior product at an extremely high price. They would not work with my insurance and offered a finance plan with high rates. This was accurate. Jesse did an inspection with measurements and offered a quote, which was half the quote of that competitor. He also dealt with my insurance company and got the claim approved. I'm extremely happy with my new roof from CMS roofing!

I called CMS Roofing for a roof inspection since I suspected that my roof was hail damaged. Jesse Wiggins(owner) did a very thorough roof inspection. He knows how to work with the insurance companies to make a claim. Jesse handled everything from the inspection to being on site for the delivery of materials and roof installation. His response to phone calls, questions and call backs for minor issues was prompt. Jesse puts the customer first and addresses any concerns. I would recommend CMS Roofing.

I contacted Jesse at CMS roofing to give me a bid on some roof vents. When he saw my roof he informed me I had hail damage. I had no idea, as I wasn't home when the hailstorm came through. He worked with my insurance company and handled pretty much everything. It was so easy for me!
Not only did I get a new roof, but new gutters, downspouts, drip rails, and new vents! Jesse Wiggins is a great guy, very honorable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get the best roof possible. CMS performed an Outstanding professional service. The crew was highly skilled and competent, and completed the roofing in a timely manner. They used extra nails on each shingle to insure the shingles would stay put. The underlayment was top grade. They throughly removed all nails that may have fallen off the roof by going over our lawn twice. The owner Jessie Wiggins was available on site for consultation and to insure his crew performance exceeded expectations.

We used CMS when a large tree fell on both our home and garage. Jesse , the owner, really got me out of a bind. He helped us deal with the insurance company, fixed our broken trusses, replaced both roofs, soffit, and fascia. The price was more than fair, and the work exceeded our expectations! We definitely recommend CMS.

This business owner knows what he is doing! Made perfect recommendations and explained why my gutters were failing and what needed to be installed, which was new, "correctly sized", gutter system for my home and pool house including the correct style of gutter guards that will actually work and not allow water to pour off the roof/gutter system. The construction crew were extremely efficient, friendly, and even fixed some sagging soffit which was not even part of the bid with no cost. The owner stayed on the project actively speaking with the crew the entire time. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend this company to my friends and acquaintances. Hard to find this kind of quality, care, and close attention to all those tiny details that in the end are so important.

CMS came out to repair some flashing that had peeled away from my wall above my porch. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell they really knew what they were talking about. The repair was done quickly and it look great!
