When I reached out to CMNG about some issues I was having with my roof, they were highly responsive in helping resolve them. They arrived on time the day they said they would, with a large crew, including the owner. They were fast and neat. The entire staff and crew was friendly. They did a great job cleaning up each day. In a world where any hack with a pickup and a fancy sign on the door is a "professional", CMNG still does things the way they are meant to be. With integrity and professionalism. These guys are roofers. Not guys who do roofs, decks, landscaping, tile, paving etc. They show up on time, do the job, and leave your property like they found it. The staff communicates every step of the process and their email correspondence is thorough and timely. As a customer, you feel included in the process and my questions were answered with honesty without any hint of condescension. Approximately 3 months after the job was completed, I received an email from CMNG asking if I was happy with the work and if I had noticed any issues that may be of concern. I mentioned that the gutter guards that were installed seem to be allowing water to bypass the gutter causing water to drip from the front of the gutters. The next day I received an email asking my availability so the OWNER (did I mention the actual owner of the company is on your roof working with his crew?) could stop by. Within 5 business days I had met with him, and had my gutter guards replaced with the appropriate type for my roof pitch at no cost. I had requested 5 separate estimates for this repair originally. Out of the 5, 1 no show no call, 1 looked at my roof from the driveway, 1 never got out of his truck, 1 actually climbed up there and proceeded to try and upsell me unneeded services, and then CMNG came. The owner shot a video with a drone of my entire roof starting with the wind damage first and then walked me through every thing else he noticed. A few days later, I received a comprehensive email with PDF attachments highlighting their suggestions and pricing breakdown. Do yourself the favor and go with CMNG.

I got a contact from my neighbor and Mario was very honest in providing all the information regarding roof inspection.
He gave genuine report and also recommended the roof replacement is not needed as it is in good condition. He also helped in proper placement of one of the water spout for rain water flow while inspecting the roof!!!
I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for roof replacement and inspection.
