C&M services did an excellent job cleaning the exterior of my home and gutters!! I am very happy with their service and the results and would recommend them. Nick was very professional, protected all my plants while power washing, and left me home so clean. From the get go, they responded to my request and provided a quote of their services within 24 hours of coming to my home. Nina was great communicating everything. C&M did a great job on the softwash and gutter cleaning on very short notice. They also did a good cleaning up after themselves.

I got this company information online. I was impressed with the communication. They send a person to inspect the house outside and send me photos of the concerned areas with a proposal. Very professional. Next, Nina set up an appointment for the service I selected. She sent me a friendly, reminder for the day of the service and how to be prepared in advance. She is wonderful and professional.
The day of the service a friendly text to let me know they will arrive. Amazing communication and Chris was a highly professional and courteous worker who came on time and started working immediately. He did an awesome job!

I could not say enough good things about C&M Services, Inc. From Nina’s outstanding communication and scheduling prowess and Brian’s thorough estimate process (there was even a drone involved) to the tremendous soft washing done by Nick, we could not be happier.

I walked the house after Nick finished, and what a difference he made in its appearance! The house, walkway, and especially the decks and garage doors (he got rid of so much lichen!) look fabulous, and unlike with power washing, there was not one speck of damage. I am so impressed with the care taken, the professionalism shown through every step of the process, and especially the excellent work done at a reasonable price. They truly are the Soft Wash Pros.

C&M Services is simply amazing. They were extremely professional and polite. The work they said they would do is exactly what they did. They removed moss off my roof, cleaned my skylights, garden window and windows around the house and cleaned my Trex deck. They made recommendations for other items, which makes the outside of the house so much prettier! There was a little spot on a window and they came out and cleaned the window again, thoroughly. Another spot showed up on a window after the rain and they didn't ask any questions, came right back out and addressed it. You do not find this level of service from most companies! Their service commitment to the customer is second to none. I am so happy that my neighbor had a lawn sign posted on and I thought I'd just give C&M a call, thinking I'd have to wait for many weeks for them to come out, but that was not the case. They came out with a drone and sent me pictures of things they saw that you normally would not see up on your roof. They're extremely attentive, will give their honest feedback about what they can help you with pertaining to the exterior of your house. I will not go back to the other company I used to deal with!!! Their chemicals are gentle but clean so well! My Trex deck is painted so I was nervous about having it cleaned... there was no need as it was done perfectly and the paint was not disturbed. They truly are the best team to work with!! This was my first exposure to C&M and it will not be my last. I'm already on the calendar for next year!!

We wash ourselves, our cars, our dishes...but, what about the house? I never realized how big of a difference a deep clean would make until I pulled down my street and my white house with its red door was BEAMING from being cleaned! Chris worked carefully around my perennials and was very knowledgeable on his craft. I could not be happier with the results. What are you waiting for? C&M Services did an outstanding job cleaning my gutters and the roof. I was thinking my roof would need to be replaced due to mold, mildew and moss from prior owner neglect, but this company did such a great job cleaning it that i should be able to now get a number of years more out of the roof. I was skeptical that the roof wash was going to accomplish what I was hoping, but was super happy and surprised at how great it turned out! Highly recommend them!

Used C&M a couple of years ago. They were able to get all the streaks off of our roof when we moved into our first home. They did a really nice job and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

Our house was really bad. Green mold on various parts of the vynal siding, dirty awnings and gutters, black mold on the chimney caps, and my decks needed cleaning so I could stain them. Every item looks clean, bright and Shiny! I'm so happy. A big plus, for me, was the itemized list with descriptions, so I could pick only what I wanted. We recently contracted with C&M Services for a soft house wash, solar panel wash, and gutter cleaning. They were wonderful to work with providing a detailed email of the services and what to expect, they kept us informed of when the services would be completed, and the tech was professional and courteous. C&M did a great job cleaning the house. We had a five year gray fungus that was completely removed. The man that did it, did a very thorough job and was very careful.

C&M Services provided exceptional service! They were able to come out and provide a quote shortly after I requested one. The quote was detailed and itemized which was very helpful in determining the work I wanted done. They came out to perform the actual roof wash within a couple weeks after I confirmed the services and the work was exceptional. All of the mold, moss, and mildew was cleaned up and my roof looks like new.

Our technician Bill was nice to work with, he did a great job and the house and garage and gutters came out better than I expected.Should people ask I would recommend c&m services they were promp and I'm very happy with the experience with them.
