We just got siding and windows done for our second home. Ty at Clear Choice called it a total face-lift. We call it a miracle!!

Siding and window crews were very professional and true craftsman. Very quick workers and great clean up too!

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Clear Choice Home Improvements is the definition of overpriced, careless, and unprofessional. Their installation crew was rude, dismissive, and clearly rushed the job. Corners were cut everywhere you look, and to top it off, they left a complete mess in my home when they were done. I expected a professional cleanup and quality work, but what I got was a slapdash job that looked like they couldn’t wait to get out the door.

The company’s customer service is just as bad. I called multiple times to address my concerns, and my calls were either ignored or brushed off. Once they have your money, they stop caring about you entirely. There is absolutely no support, no accountability, and no interest in fixing their mistakes.

The price they charge is absurd for the level of work they deliver. You are paying a premium for average, at-best craftsmanship and a company that does not stand behind its promises.

One star is far too generous for this company. They are not worth your time, money, or frustration. Save yourself the headache and find someone else.

Scheduling was efficient. Crew arrived on time. They did an excellent job and cleaned up before they left. I would not hesitate to work with them again should I need work in the future.

Choose Clear Choice to replace our windows and siding and boy did they deliver. Could not have asked for a better experience from the initial sales meeting with Doug through the project with Tiana and Alexis. Edmin’s crew did an A+ job with the windows and Edger’s guys followed up with an A+ job of their own on the siding. Communication was reliable throughout the project and they kept my house/yard clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do home improvements.

I recently hired Clear Choice Home Improvements to install a new roof and gutter system on my home, and I’m very satisfied with the results.

Avoid Clear Choice Home Improvements at all costs.

This was one of the worst remodeling experiences I’ve ever had. I was completely oversold on what they could deliver. I hired them for a bathroom remodel and was promised a spa-like retreat. What I got instead looked like a cheap hotel bathroom.

The price was outrageous. They pitched me at around $38,000, and I agreed because I thought I was getting a high-end, premium product. That was absolutely not the case. The materials and design options were extremely limited. They only work with one brand, and they push it aggressively like a bad timeshare presentation.

To make matters worse, the price didn’t even include the vanity or any accessories. I had to provide all of that myself. For nearly forty grand, that is completely unacceptable.

The workmanship was okay, not great. They were in and out in a day, which was convenient, but it clearly came at the cost of quality. There are spots where the work looks rushed and careless.

This is a $15,000 bathroom at most. I was charged more than double that. Clear Choice is massively overpriced and the quality of work does not even come close to justifying the cost. I feel ripped off and would never recommend them to anyone.

A few years back we made many calls to local folks to do work on our old mobile home! We got no where until we connected with you folks! The work so nice to have a walk in shower , grab handles safety!!! We thank you all!!

My window replacement ( 16 widows ) was completed in two days, by Casas Construction, subcontracted by Clear Choice and my project manager Tiana. The job was done quickly and cleanly with no issues and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Tiana and Clear Choice for your window replacement needs.

Alan (Sales), Alexis (Manager), Josh (Foreman), and The Crew were awesome! We got the entire roofing project completed in just a few weeks time, with a beautiful result. The product and workmanship is superior, and they left no trace of having been here, except for the shiny new roof Would recommend Clear Choice without reservation!

I waited all day for them to show to give me an estimate on a new roof, 4 minutes before the appointment time at 2pm they called me and said they weren't going to make it today after I lost a day's work so I could be here for them. So I told them to never mind.

Awful company, I tried setting up an quote, someone came down left, and I was never given a quote nobody reached back out to me and I was ghosted, I emailed the person I was taking to previously who set the quote up and they ignored me/didn’t get back to me it’s been a while now and still no response back.

We had our roof & windows replaced last year. Our window project was never completed. The trim around the windows was never added because they were running behind schedule. We were assured someone would return to finish. Despite multiple attempts to connect with customer service, we have not heard back.

The Clear Choice installation team (Edgar & Team) were excellent! Their workmanship was excellent and they were respectful to us during their 2 weeks working on our home.

The Clear Choice roofing crew did a great job stripping and reshingling my roof in less than one day. It was a fairly small and simple job, but, nonetheless, the whole crew was friendly, professional, and competent. I am very happy with the work done.

Today, we had a representative from your company visit our home to provide a quote for a new bathroom installation. After informing the salesman that we were still in the process of gathering quotes from other companies and would not be signing any agreements today, the salesman became upset and, in a completely unprofessional manner, accused my wife of being a liar.

I have never before had to ask a salesperson to leave my home, but in this case, his behavior left me with no other choice. It is deeply troubling that this is the type of individual your company sends to represent your brand in customers' homes.

Such conduct is absolutely unacceptable, and no customer should ever have to experience this type of hostility in their own home. I urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure that this behavior is not reflective of your company's values or customer service standards.

We will not be considering your company for our project moving forward, and I hope you take the necessary steps to prevent other customers from facing similar treatment.

The gutter installation crew was very professional and went above and beyond with their courtesy and especially the clean-up after the gutters were installed.

We have had a terrible experience with Clear Choice Windows. It has taken a year of emails and multiple faulty product installs costing us three additional sheetrock repairs and three additional painting expenses. On Aug. 23 it will be ONE YEAR since the initial install. We paid for custom circular windows. When they arrived we discovered they did not come with a metal or wood interior frame like the other windows in our order. They had a manmade product for trim work that cracked in multiple places. The circular glass was also an inferior quality - not tempered and cracked in less than two weeks from heat. They replaced one entire window so we had to repair the sheetrock and paint a second time. They left the other and did not replace it so we always worry it's just a matter of time when that cracks too. They came back months later to install a "better product" as the trim for both windows. That product also separated at the seams after we had sheetrock repair and paint again. After about 30 emails finally they came with a solid one piece interior frame. They only came with one circular trim after six months of waiting for the product - not for both windows and it's smaller trim than they installed before - so now round three of sheetrock work and paint. Its been three months and we are still waiting for the trim work for the second window. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The communication, product and customer service are TERRIBLE. Look and see for yourself. Over a year and still don't have interior trim installed and painted in an open concept home - we have to look at the shoddy work every day. They have detracted from and reduced the quality of our home in York, Maine.

Over 4 years ago I sat thru an hour long sales pitch from this company who promised "lifetime warranty". I agreed to accept their services for a gutter that I needed to filter water away from one corner of my home. Within a matter of a week to two I realized it was not installed properly and asked them to come out and fix it. They said they would. They sent someone out who said "oh, I was just coming to check it out. I won't be fixing it. We'll send someone right away" No one called or showed. Two weeks later I called again. Someone came, said the same thing and again no one ever showed to fix it. I've been thru that scenario multiple times over the years. For 4 years now they continue to call me regularly to pitch new sales and products. Each time they call I go thru the story of how my gutter was installed and still needs to be fixed. They sound shocked each time. They say they'll have someone in touch immediately. No one ever calls about the needed repair. It has become worse of a problem than it was to begin with. Now water pours like a waterfall from this one spot. My basement floods now from it and a floor jack has rotted because of it. I now not only need to have the gutter still fixed. I have to have someone come install a new floor jack before my kitchen floor collapses. Maybe just maybe they'll come and do something if I promise to update my review. If not, it's now time for an attorney.

The company was very professional, courteous, and very efficient. They did a great job installing our walk-in shower and was very satisfied with the end result. We would highly recommend them!

Clear choice was great. At first you are always hesitant hiring people but no way don’t be with them. I would 100% recommend them. From beginning to end it was a seamless project. Excited for a future window install project and others to come.

Great experience with sales rep who brought all options and transparent with all costs. Two teams sent to rip out old shower systems and install new ones. Complete and detailed in 10 hours. Even found a heat duct behind one of the tubs and helped remove.

These guys did an outstanding job and went beyond what was necessary for a 22 Square roof replacement. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

To start I would like to say that this is not a review of quality of work as our process with this company did not get that far. We worked with a lovely sales rep to set up a time for one their workers to take a look at the gutters and the roof. We knew it needed some work but weren’t entirely sure as to what needed to be done and they said they could assess and give us an estimate. We set up an appointment and clarified that we would not like anyone entering the house and she reassured us that wouldn’t be an issues as there’s no reason he would need to come in. The worker (I unfortunately did not get his name as it happened so quickly) showed up an hour late in no identifiable vehicle told my mother it would be necessary to come in to discuss as he had zero idea what he was here for. We let him in but he quickly picked a fight with my mother regarding how they reach out to customers he was very offended that we would think their company would make “cold calls” when not once was that said or even suggested. My mom politely asked this man to leave twice in which he remained sat. It wasn’t until I stepped in and told him it was time to go did he finally leave. No customer should ask one of your workers to leave three times. Unprofessional and unsettling. Again this is not about their work or any of their other workers besides this one man. However, there does seem to be a lack of communication.

Clear Choice performed a tub-to-shower conversion in our home. The quality of the product and installation is great! We could not be any more satisfied with the results. Pricing was fair and the job was complete on-time and on-budget, The team was very respectful of the surrounding areas and cleanup was excellent! Thank you very much!

My wife and I had a tub replacement last month through Clear Choice and they were most professional, hardworking and demonstrated that a dream bathroom of a new shower to enhance our new bathroom is very possible. We recently had a tub to shower remodel done by Clear Choice Home Improvement. We had a few estimates before we had the work done, and Clear Choice had the same quality for less money. Jose and Ramiro came last week at 8am and worked all day with only a short lunch break until the work was done. They put down drop cloths from the front door to the bathroom so they wouldn't damage the floors. After the work was finished, they cleaned up the bathroom so well that it was hard to believe we had work done in there. The finished product was amazing. We are so happy with our shower. We had a great experience with Clear Choice from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them!

Our whole experience with Clear Choice was a picture of professionalism from the start. Beginning with the first communication, from our inquiry, to the set-up of the free estimate, the completion of the contract, organization of the installation date, to the actual roof replacement was as easy and enjoyable as the experience could be. Chad did an excellent job of selling us on the company itself, the workmanship, the materials used, the 50-year transferable warrantee, as well as useful insights on things to either repair or to prevent existing issues from occurring. Alexis did a great job of coordinating the time between our accepting the contract and an installation date, which was within 2 weeks of our estimate. Casey came all the way from Vermont to Maine the day before the installation to answer all the questions we had about the project. He and the crew were prompt in their arrival, got straight down to business, completed the job in less than 8 hours, did a remarkable job protecting our property, and a thorough clean-up before leaving. Other than the dumpster at the end of the day you’d never know they were here. Casey even provided a few perks which were not included in the original contract. Our neighbors came over to view the project and were so impressed with what they saw they are now inquiring about their roof replacement. Casey even went next door to evaluate the condition of their roof and provide them with some insight on a timeframe. I hope this counts as our first referral! From the quote through installation, working with Clear Choice to replace our roof was a great experience. Chad, the salesperson, explained our options and gave us a great price. I'm especially concerned with sustainability and wanted not only a product and installation that would last, but Clear Choice also stood out because they recycle the old shingles.

Our project manager was Casey. The day before, he discussed ventilation options with us. I originally wanted to replace the box vents with a ridge vent and the end gable vents with eave vents, to maximize the roof space available for future solar panel installation. However, after extensive conversation about the pros and cons and what Mass Save weatherization work (insulation, air sealing, and the ventilation) had been done in the attic, we decided to stick with the existing setup, as there had been no problems with it thus far.

During the installation, the crew of 5 plus Casey arrived punctually at 7:30AM, and the crew expertly set up tarps and removed the existing shingles in about 90 minutes. The new shingles were installed, and cleanup was complete by 4PM. The house looks great, but Casey left his card with instructions to call his cell phone anytime if we found debris that had been missed, or for any other questions/concerns.

Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Clear Choice Home Improvement!

Had a metal roof instalked on my barn. They did a great job and worked quickly to finish it up in 1 day.

I had a tub/shower combination replaced with a walk in shower. The quality of the new shower is fantastic. The installation was great. They arrived on time work about 10 hrs. They were respectful of us and our home. When they left the house looked like they hadn’t been here. I would recommend that you double check the specks and measurements. There was an issue with ours.

The roof replacement process was conducted with high professionalism. The roofing team demonstrated exceptional diligence and appeared to be continuously active. Remarkably, the entire task of removing old shingles and installing new ones, along with cleanup, was completed within a single day. The Gutter Estimate received was over $4000 for a 30 foot gutter , a 400% over their competition and they also required a 1/3 deposit that no one else required. They were not flexible on the product leaf guard that I did not want or needed. The Salesperson walked out when I said I would not consider a deposit until the workers were on site. I ended up using another contractor who’s estimate was under $900 for a 30 foot gutter and who had a 5 star rating from 50 reviewers.

Clear Choice promised a 12 hour job on our conversion. They delivered. The men who did the work were professional, and they were very clean. I wanted to wait a few weeks to see how the work held up. I am happy to say that everything is holding up very well. We are very happy with our new shower

I panned to install a walk-in tub so I reached out to a few contractors recommended by Home Advisor. Clear Choice was responsive enough and sent me a rep, Mr. Ryan who seemed to be professional enough. What surprised me was the fact that there was no range on prices, it was basically a flat fee charge regardless of the equipment installed. Mr. Ryan shoed me some sort of a price list and said that the job will cost me $18,000. But if I talked to the manager the price will go down to $15,000. The unit we discussed was Alexis tub 60x30".
The next day I received an estimate which quoted me $22,000 - without itemizing and the tub size was listed as 60x28".
I emailed the company asking to explain why the proposal has nothing to do with the equipment and cost discussed and got no response.After a few days I emailed them again with the same lack of response.
It is arguably the worst service I received in a few years.

It took a while to get the windows in. With that said the crew that put them in was very polite and did great work. Very happy with the end product.

I was hesitant to hire this company as a result of a cellphone ad, but after checking out several options, I am very satisfied that I made the right choice for Clear Choice. I had an old, clunky, spa-jet tub that was no longer being used and just plain yukky and hard to clean. So I decided to get a beautiful walk-in shower. From initial contact, through the planning process, to the finished product, the experience was professional and friendly, with no surprises. The 2-man crew was fantastic, knowledgeable, on time, and cleaned up impeccably. A luxurious new showering experience in one day! Money well spent!

After a delay in product shipment the install went according to plan. We have a small mark on the surface that clear choice is currently working with us on.

I'm a return customer. They did our replacement windows a few years ago, and they just replaced our asphalt roofing shingles. They did a wonderful job. I was amazed and impressed with how quickly, and how well, they completed the job. I love my new roof.

I needed a new roof on my house, including the plywood and shingles on my garage. It was done in one day as promised, even though the cleanup had to happen in the dark (It is winter here in New England) The yard was spotless when they left.

All service was handled in a professional manner. Workmanship was done in a timely and efficient fashion. I will use clear choice again.

I live in an old home, which usually presents some unique challenges. My sales/PM Alan was knowledgeable and upfront with me regarding costs and what I could expect for my roof install, and worked with me to stay within my budget. Clear Choice was communicative throughout the process and handled everything from the permits to material supply and logistics. All I really had to do was pick the shingles. The work crew was on time and completed the project in two days, including clean-up. The dumpster was removed a couple of days later.

I talked with Greg and he was very helpful & knowledgeable and was able to answer my many questions. We talked over all the options and he was respectful to me through out our 1 hour long conversation even when he had to repeat things to me ! As it turned out I was unable to afford to do it at this time but when I able to I will call this company and ask for Greg to plan for my project to be done !!!!

Now that our house is sided and new roof is installed, I am glad to report we did NOT use Clear Choice and we did not pay $107k as quoted. Contrary to the sales estimator, we are completely happy with the final product from start to finish. Did we use OCF roofing tiles? No, GAF was the product… guess we will have to see how they hold up to the 30 year warranty. The siding was the same story. Is the siding we chose as bad as the estimator said it would be? I guess we will see in 30 years. So I land at the $50k difference. is choice indicating the labor provided would be worth an additional $50K? After a three hour time suck during the quote processes I ask why a company would allow their estimator to disparage their competition? Why would he bring out pictures of alleged product performance from a competitor.

I Have done many projects and have obtained many quotes in a lifetime. This by far was the most disappointing. So I would use caution and ask a lot of questions … most importantly — why go with choice?

Would not recommend this company- there was no communication about the process after the contract was signed and they had my deposit. We had to contact them to find out what was going one. The process stalled because their sales guy dropped the ball and we had to contact them to find that out. We had to call them the day before to confirm the installation appointment. Actually spoke with someone "high up" in the company (because he answered the phone) and shared our frustration -- he said he would call back after the installation to make sure we were satisfied - going on 2 weeks and haven't heard anything - except them wanting reviews. Only positive was the guys who did the actual installation - they were on time, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, they are working for the wrong company.

We were impressed with the team throughout the process. The project manager kept us informed throughout the process. The installation was efficient and the walk in shower is just as we expected. My husband had drop cloths out, but when the installers came they had all the needed drop cloths and cleaned the area thoroughly when they left.
It's great when work is done on schedule and with care.

Large roof install was warrantied, but leaking in less than 4 months. Good luck getting a call back from customer service. Contractor has no-showed three times, zero response. Another week of water damage done from issues with this company. Definitely DON’T recommend this horrible business.

Update: 4 more months have passed, now a replacement is needed. All you will get are excuses- save yourself the time, money and major aggravation and RUN from this joke company so you don’t end up in court.
