Changed from one star to five stars. Here's what prompted the one star. I was very satisfied with the cleaning when they actually came but due to staffing shortages, I was cancelled multiple times until I was simply dropped. Attempted communication verifying I was dropped but there was no response.
Disappointed because I was told once the staffing problems were solved, I would be contacted for an appointment.
Update: As I said, changed my review from one star to five stars. Almost immediately after I posted my review, George, the owner of the company, called and explained what had happened. He is now in the process of rebuilding his client base through no fault of his own.

GF Bin Cleaners did an amazing job on cleaning my home. They were easy to work with and got me on the schedule that fit my time frame.
They provide so many great service. We've had garbage bins scrubbed clean that were so nasty dirty / sticky on the outside.
Also the interior cleaning team is top notch. They go the extra mile, even collecting mail from our postman. I would recommend any day of the week.
