I had a skylight that broke in a mobile home that is a rental property. I had contacted several people in reference to fixing and coating the entire roof. I got promises of coming to look at it but no shows.

When I contacted Circle R roofing and spoke with Rob he was very helpful and gave me a quote and a time when he could do the repair. I highly recommend Circle R roofing for any roofs/repairs that you need done.

I am very impressed that the new shingles on the porch are virtually identical to the ones still in place, and that he color-matched and painted the wood that was replaced … and then also took the time to scrape and paint the wood beside the replaced wood so it all blends seamlessly. I had issues with Roof leaking on my carport attatched to my house. Rob showed up and did an inspection and told me his recommendations. I used his recomendations and had roof replaced. Rob and his guys replaced an older shingle roof with a new metal one and substructure too. They did a great job and it looks fantastic. Also got them to paint another metal roof too, sealing it and really making it look good.

Rob was able to resolve an issue for me more quickly than I expected. It was very evident that a piece had come loose and fallen off, the wooden structure of the house was completely uncovered, and bees were already exploring the area. Upon calling him and explaining my situation, he and his team came over to look at the house and advise me. My problem was resolved quickly, cleanly, and without any hiccups. I had given up hope of getting any roof contractor to fix the numerous leaks in my roof. Four of them came out to look at my two story house with a metal roof and none of them would respond or even answer my calls. In desperation, I saw one of Circle Rs signs on the highway and decided to give a call. Robbie came out and took a look. He said he would work it up and give me a call back. I thought that might be the last of him, but the next day he gave me a fixed price guaranteed bid to repair all the leaks in my roof. It seemed a little high, but I accepted the offer as the leaks were ruining my ceiling. It was all on a handshake. We didn't sign a contract. He said he would fix and I said I would pay. We set a date, and he came out on that date. He communicated religiously to let me know when he would arrive each day. He was here for about 4 days. Apparently the roof was not installed properly and he had to fix a lot of it. I have waited until we had some big rainstorms to write this up to make sure it wasn't leaking after I had repaired the ceilings that were ruined. After three huge storms, I was satisfied that the roof is completely fixed. I couldn't be more pleased and now the price I paid seems like a very good deal. Thanks, Robbie for the fine work.
