The entire process was very smooth. The estimates were provided quickly and were accurate.

The job itself was done within a couple of days. The crew did a great job of investigating potential problems with the old roof, and were very transparent about the suggested fixes, and even suggested cheaper/more efficient options. They shared the pictures of all the "pre-existing" issues that were uncovered when the new rood was being put in.

The new roof was installed well, and all vents/chimneys were handled correctly. Finally, the cleanup was great and the overall experience felt very professional.

High quality work, the roof looks great. Jose and Chuval Roofing did an excellent job showing us our options, discussing how we could upgrade the roof, and selecting shingles. No lien on the materials as they order them up front. Installation was quick and done well.

Overall our experience was good. Communication is key when it comes to scheduling the project. Also be prepared to do the administrative work on your own (applying for applicable permitting etc.)

We recently had Jose and his team come out to do our roof. They were so organized and timely. We were so thankful for how thorough they were. We had a bad contractor which resulted in having to replace our roof in only 3 years. Wished we had gone through Chuval from the start, even our insurance company had recommended their work. Highly highly recommend.

Jose and his team did an awesome job at my house in West Seattle. He met me after work to look at the project, gave me a competitive estimate, and started work shortly after. He removed the old roof and all the old deteriorated decking, then did a great job installing a new roof. In addition to the roof he re-flashed my chimney and replaced some deteriorated material in the eaves. End result looks amazing. The communication was awesome all throughout, checking in with pictures of the progress while I was at work during the day. He is a pro, I would definitely recommend giving him a call.
