Did a great job on my metal roof. His crew was punctual & worked early until dusk each day. Resheeted entire roof & covered it in two days. Will definitely use again.

We called for an estimate for a repair and or a replacement for our roof. The rude woman who we spoke with said they have a 300 dollar min for repairs. We asked if we would be charged that for an estimate and she said no. Several days later a roofing crew showed up to “do the repair “. We told the supervisor we just wanted an estimate, he called the office and the gentleman we talked to was angry and rude. We explained that we just wanted an estimate. The crew left, they never provided an estimate or stepped foot on the roof and sent us a bill. Who would allow someone to do a big job on their house without knowing how much it would cost? Call Ace or Mountain roofing very professional.

Cut through joists during work. At their business location they joked about the sloppiness of having done that and the boss acted out upon. I questioned the bill and he rolled his eyes s as t me and sighed a lot. Then the guy who came to repair was very rude.

Another portion of roof they worked on leaks because when they put something in to cover a guile from a vent they removed the hole was not completely covered. The guys sent to look were clueless and I showed them the hole. I put a water hose on it and showed them it leaked. The company never followed up.
