I needed to replace the roof on my house from the early 50s. It had a torch down over 26 years old. It was on its last leg and getting homeowners insurance was challenging.

I contacted 12 different roofers. 7 showed up, and only 3 gave estimates. My small house with its prehistoric roof was either too risky or wasn’t worth the profit margin.

Of those who give estimates, all were over 20k. One wasn’t even a tear off, but instead one company offered a kit which fixed the pitch for water runoff.

As the interweb is always listening, low and behold I began getting ads for roofing companies.

We set an appointment, and they showed up early! The owner and his partners took their time looking over my current roof and gave me immediate feedback, offering several options.

Moises, the owner, had over 12 years of roofing experience and zero issues taking on my antiquated roof. After discussion and brainstorming we decided on a flat roof with full tear-off, TPO membrane, foam board installation and adjusted pitch.

He and his crew worked sunup to sundown. He gave me daily updates, encouraged me to check the work and explained materials and why he chose them.

Three days later, I had a new roof and look to my home.

They left my yard spotless leaving not a single nail or screw behind.

Moises and his team made what began as a headache a quick and seamless project with outstanding results.

I enjoyed the family feel which only comes from a small business.
