I needed to replace the roof on my house from the early 50s. It had a torch down over 26 years old. It was on its last leg and getting homeowners insurance was challenging.
I contacted 12 different roofers. 7 showed up, and only 3 gave estimates. My small house with its prehistoric roof was either too risky or wasn’t worth the profit margin.

He and his crew worked sunup to sundown. He gave me daily updates, encouraged me to check the work and explained materials and why he chose them.
Three days later, I had a new roof and look to my home.
