Champion Roofing - Warden, WA

Champion Roofing is EXCEPTIONAL! They did a fantastic job at our 15-unit condominium complex in Spokane Valley, WA. They worked every day until finished. They put up with some wicked weather but got the job done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! FANTASTIC CREW! PROFESSIONAL AND SO POLITE! They were extremely considerate of our community members here! They did a great job cleaning up prior to leaving! CHAMPION ROOFING IS WONDERFUL!

Champion roofing did an outstanding job on our roof replacement Eduardo and his crew worked really hard and were very professional. I would recommend them 100%.

Where to begin with this absolutely unprofessional crew... how about scheduling. They rescheduled the beginning of our job 3 different times and waited until the morning they were to show up or after to let us know they weren't going to show.

On their first day, they showed up at 11 am, worked for one hour, left for 3 hours for what I assume was a long lunch, and then returned to clean up for 1.5 hours.

The second time they showed up was a few days later and their start time was 2 pm and stayed until about 5.

The third day, I was making my way out to my vehicle and noticed they dropped their drug paraphernalia outside of their work truck. I regret not taking a picture, but I ended up tossing it back onto the driver seat of their truck.

On day 4 they broke my bathroom window. I noticed it and figured if they were a reputable company, they would come to me and explain the situation and how they want to handle. Well, that never happened. In fact, I was here everyday and there was no communication from them about anything. Including when they finished up two days ago, trying to clean up in the dark, which, of course was done in haste and very poorly. I am still in the process of picking up scrap tiles and underlayment, nails, tape, etc.

They contacted us yesterday to collect final payment, but don't want to come to the house to do a walk through in the daylight and don't want to fix the window until they are paid in full. They also added $1600 to the final price because they had to pick up 8 sheets of 4' x 8' plywood. I know inflation is high right now, but I know plywood isn't $200 a sheet. I figure this was their attempt to have us pay for the window they broke.

All in all, I would give 0 stars if that was an option. There were more negative experiences I could add here, but these were just the main ones. Avoid this company at all cost if you value your home and the money you pay when you expect good service.

The pictures posted are of our broken window, leftover materials still on the roof, and a section of roof that was struck by a fallen tree last year. That section's repair was a part of the estimated cost and this was their repair effort...

Couldn't be happier with the work these guys have done. The quality and attention to detail is second to none. Can't recommend them enough.

They did an outstanding job replacing our shake roof. We also appreciate that they cleaned up the mess from the job. I would highly recommend them.

Eduardo and his crew were amazing. They installed a new roof for us and did a great job. They worked very efficiently and always communicated with us and let us know. Even when temperatures were over 100 degrees they still communicated and got the work done. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a new roof.

Eduardo and his team are exceptional; they're better than 5 stars! In addition to their craftsmanship, they exceeded my expectations in customer service, responsiveness, politeness and attention to detail (particularly meticulous cleanup every single day they worked on my roof)! Both of my sisters and my next-door neighbor, who watched the Champion Roofing team work each day, said they've never seen such hard workers. Nor have I! Now that I have a stunning new roof, I sure wish Eduardo and his crew were painters too. I'd hire them in a hot minute!!!

Excelente work, very professional and employees are very hard worker are done on date they say they will finish. Excellent customer service.
