Shawn came quickly (on a Sunday!) to give a quote and his crew was there ready to prep the house for paint within the week. The crew was professional, efficient, and left the area clean. Highly recommend!

Stay away. They quoted us to sand and stain our deck with 2 coats. They didn't sand at all. They missed several areas of the deck completely. I called and asked them to touch up the bare spots and/or leave me the extra unused stain which they took after the job. They said they would do both... nothing happened. I called 2 weeks later, same request, same result. Now I have to go buy the stain and touch up myself. Not too mention several areas are already peeling up as no sanding was done. Horrible experience, bad work and bad customer service. 0/5

Once we got some nice weather, it only took the boys 3 days to get the house prepped and painted. Good communication from Starling the foreman, he kept up with several details and I was impressed he brought them up. They found and replaced several boards that had rotted. They cleaned up when finished and Starling took me around the house to make sure I was happy with the finished product. The house went from a white house needing some attention to the pic below. If you want professionals to paint your biggest investment, consider these guys. You won't be sorry.

We have just had the exterior of our home painted by a crew from CertaPro of Concord/Manchester. A nicer, more professional group of workers you would be hard pressed to find. They called to make appointments, they asked good questions, they came as promised, did a great job (particularly in repairing/replacing wood trim that had become damaged, they were TERRIFIC at that!). They listened, they just did a great job. Thank you!

Love this company and in fact I recommended them for my sister and a friend. The workers were friendly and always checked back with me to see if everything was ok. I would highly recommend this company and the owner Shawn. Great workers and great people!

Would give zero stars if possible. Do not hire them. They did an absolute hack job, didn’t sand/repair anything (even though that was part of the agreement)- just painted over things that were supposed to be repaired first. We had to have them come back to “fix it” and they completely ignored an entire room, just did absolutely nothing to fix it. If it was going to take an extra day and someone communicated that, that would be understandable. But it’s just complete negligence and unprofessionalism. So now we are going to fix it ourselves since there are paint drips and massive lumps everywhere- nothing you would expect when hiring a “professional” company. Absolutely horrible company, horrible workers and horrible service. You’re better off doing any project yourself- they are not worth any amount of money.

CertaPro responded and scheduled our job quickly. They did a nice job painting the ceiling and walls of our two story foyer. I would use them again in the future.

I had such an incredible experience with CertaPro Painters. Jake and Felix worked together to stay within my budget. Santos and his crew did an outstanding job. They were all courteous, respectful, and hard workers. They even finished early. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will gladly have them back for my future project.

The CertaPro estimator showed up on time and gave us the quote within 2days. The paint Team called ahead to say they were on their way the next day and was also on time. Our job was mahogany deck staining and came out fabulous! No drips or runs, the frame was painted and also came out great. A couple of spots were missed do to shading from the sun, I spoke to Santos about the missing spot and he came back out and gladly touched up the missed area.
I would have this team out again as they did a great job.

From our first telephone contact with CertaPro Painters of Concord/Manchester NH we knew they were competent and efficient. We were given a prompt, detailed estimate and were able to schedule the paint job at a time that worked for us. Our crew leader Santos and his team were extremely friendly and had a great work ethic. They showed up on time, worked until about 7:00 PM and finished the job in two days. We found a few minor issues, called them, and they were back briefly the next two days to touch things up. I would definitely recommend this company.

This was our first hiring of professionals to stain our garage and house. Certa Pro did a fine job on our garage. The initial estimate failed to differentiate between oil-based stain and their using latex-based stain which fortunately was discovered beforehand. It called for an unexpected primer coat. Everyone one was pleasant, especially Nathan on site and Karen in the office.

Certapro Manchester delivers a product that is consistently better than expected. Superb prep leads to an excellent finish. Have used one franchise twice and another franchise once and always the same high quality

I must say that Elias and his 4 man crew did a wonderful job. They showed up on Friday 5/31 and power washed the house and removed the shutters. Monday 6/3 and Tuesday 6/4 they painted the trim and sprayed and brushed in the Sikkens product. The house looks great and we are both very pleased.

Terrific experience. Had agreed to a contract for exterior deck staining in January. Obviously the work can’t be done until the weather warms in the spring, and the painter was here by the second week of May. Even though there were weather challenges, the job was completed on time. Was very impressed that the painters worked well into the evening for two nights to make up for weather delays. Would highly recommend this CertaPro for your painting/staining needs

Certa did a beautiful job sealing and painting my metal roof. The worker was very friendly and finished the job in a timely manner. I revied 3 quotes from well-known company's and Certa seemed to fit my budget the best. I'm very happy I went with Certa, and I would recommend them for your next painting job.

We had some wallpaper removed, the walls repaired, and painted. It was okay. They were able to squeeze us in pretty quickly and get the job done in a few days, although they worked evenings and a Saturday which was tough as we were also usually home during these times and had to make ourselves scarce. The team we had in our house was very nice, but not super neat. They did not remove faceplates and we did end up with some plaster / paint on them. The top of one of our lamps was broken in this process, too. They agreed to move our furniture but did not move it back--some of it is too heavy for us to move without equipment so we're still figuring out how to do that. They left behind several large empty plaster buckets, which was not our experience when we've had workers here from other companies--they took empty containers with them. The final painting is a big improvement from where we started (30 year old faded wallpaper) but I would probably try to go with a smaller, more personalized company in the future, even if the wait time were longer or the price were a little higher.

Great job! Team worked hard to get the job done in spite of the rain. Excellent work. Left everything spotless. Promised to come back if we found any issues. We are very happy with everything. Thanks to all.

We had our mantle, built-ins and, mud room painted and it looks great. They provided an estimate on Monday and completed the job in one day on Friday, very professional and everything looks great!

I cannot say enough about this business. They were responsive, clean, caring, the job they did speaks for itself. They did the outside of my house this fall. Every time I pull into my driveway I kick myself for not doing this sooner. The owner, Shawn, was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Anytime there was an issue they were immediately on top of it. I would definitely give these guys a call.

We called CeraPro when we were overwhelmed with too many projects. They did an unbelievably sloppy job, taking a lot of shortcuts on prep, and we had to redo the entire room ourselves months later when we had time.
There were places spackled but not sanded, many big cracks not addressed, more dings in the walls than there were before, nails painted over, painting around switchplates instead of taking them off, the ceiling was not patched hardly at all, no prep meant the ceiling started peeling within weeks, and only one coat of paint on the ceiling meant lots of patches of primer showing through, the ceiling line looked like it was done by an 8 year old, there were streaks of dirt on the walls not wiped off before painting and still showing through after two coats, no primer on the wall and the two coats of paint were so thin you could see the old color in places, paint all over the floor.... What a waste of money! I'm not a professional but it came out way better when I did it myself
