Cecil was great to work with. He was very clear about pricing and prompt getting the job done. My gutters look great and clearly care was taken during installation. I will be doing business with Cecil’s Seamless Gutters again 100%!

He also keeps you up to date when he is able to start on the job and what time he will arrive. I would highly recommend Cecils Guttering very reasonable with quality work. No regrets

Had Mr. Cecil come out to look at our family farmplace in Newport and give me a quote on installing half round gutters on our farmhouse, this past summer. After several days, I contacted Mr. Cecil, claimed he had a family emergency and that he had part of quote worked up. After a couple more attempts to contact Mr. Cecil, I gave up. If he didn’t want to do the job, he should have informed me from the get go. Unprofessional way to run a business, period.

He was very good with communication. They came out and got the gutters and pine needle gutter guards on in 2 days and added on the back garage for us last minute. They did a really good job. Our house was a bit difficult because there are a lot of twists and turns.

If you are considering getting gutters installed, you will be pleased if you hire Cecil's. My extremely positive assessment is for the reasons all the other reviewers have noted: a quick estimate, arrived on time, finished within the day, and a good price. Most important, the gutters are installed perfectly so that everything is secure and without leaks. The two worked non-stop for multiple hours, rather than taking lots of breaks. They did a great job of clean up too. I like the look of the unbroken lines of the seamless gutters.

It was the extras that particularly impressed me. Our old, multistory house posed some additional problems that would have challenged less experienced workers. Their many years of experience and having specialized tools resulted in them finding quick solutions. One of these even required a crew member to crawl in the mud and rocks under our deck to secure the down spout and to fix the connection to a drainage pipe that the home builder many many years ago had incorrectly installed. Also, they were nice guys, which is a characteristic I highly value. As one of several examples, they offered to and cut up my old, rusted, tall, aluminum ladder, that I teased about giving them, into small enough pieces I can easily take it to the dump.

Highly recommend, I was a contractor for years and couldn't hardly get anyone back then to do our gutter work and now days it's even worse to get anyone to even answer phone, but when I called Cecil's he answered & came & gave me estimate & came & done a great job even quicker than he thought. This company is quick to respond. The day we contacted him he was at our house to give a reasonable estimate. Also ready to start the job next day. We contacted Jeff again to get an additional quote for a different area. Much to our surprise it was reasonably priced too. Jeff and crew came in completed both jobs on the same day. We are very satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone looking to have seamless gutters installed. Very responsive and quick to get the job done. He shows up and gets the job done! Honest and reliable.

Jeff did a great job installing gutters on my house. He gave me an estimate for the job in a timely manner and kept in communication with me leading up to the day of the installation. On the day that he installed the gutters, he showed up on time and I appreciated that he took the time to show me where he planned to install the downspouts. In the end, the gutters look great and I highly recommend Jeff Cecil.

Wonderful job replacing our gutters!!! Quickly came by and gave us an estimate and began work on our home. We were very pleased it was all finished and cleaned up in one day!!! Highly recommend!!!

I would highly recommend Jeff. Very hard worker. He stayed late to get the job done. He is the best person we ever seen do sheet rock. We had walls and floors out of level and he fixed all our problems. He is very trustworthy with your home and family. I would recommend him to do a great job on any job he’s doing!

Mr. Cecil was great to work with. He came out to put gutters and downspouts on my home. I have had so many issues with communication in the past with others but never once with him. He was prompt and did what he said he would do. This process was fast, smooth, and affordable. The quality is superb! The gutters look great! I am super pleased with the service all the way around! He kept canceling for 3 weeks to get a quote. When he finally decided to schedule a quote, I declined. He responded childishly after I said I was going with someone else.

Very unprofessional and terrible communication. I can't trust someone to work, that can't even show up to give a quote.

Also after a search on the secretary of state websites and could not find any business license in Va or WV under any such name or company... caveat emptor.

We just had new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards installed on the entire house. The team was professional and on time. They completed the job quickly and the work is quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
