Cashiers Chimney did a terrific job inspecting and cleaning our chimney. Ryan was so thorough in checking both the interior and exterior of the chimney. There were a few issues that needed repair. Ryan provided solutions and explained what the next steps needed to be. Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Cashiers Chimney Professionals.

Good service but they don’t tell you that when they come out to do an initial inspection to see what needs to be done to get your fire place working, you get an email the next day with a bill for $159. They don’t tell you about it. It’s not on there website that they charge for estimates. They just smile and send you a bill. When you call or email you get a very nice email saying sorry for the confusion but we don’t do free estimates and it should have been $269 but we will only rip you off for $159 because we won’t admit we never told you about a charge and never post it anywhere. Sorry have a nice day. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Cashiers Chimney Professionals were exactly what their name states - Professional. They arrived on time, did a neat cleaning of our chimney with a camera read out to check for any issues. Also cleaned out our clothes dryer vent. We asked for some repair work to be done and they had ordered the panels needed the next day. Will be calling these guys every time we have a chimney or duct work related need.

Cashiers Chimney Professionals quickly arranged for their technician, Weston, to come out and clean our dryer duct. He was prompt, and did a superb job on a duct that had not been touched since installation 8 years ago. Great service at a reasonable price, and we'll not wait as long for the next cleaning.

Several months ago Cashiers Chimney Professionals replaced my fireplace system including the firebox and exhaust pipes. Initially, I was extremely pleased with their work. That was when weather was clear. When rain began to fall later in the year, dripping began to fall onto the firebox. To date, the Professionals have not been able to correct the installation so that there is no more leaking/dripping. Not knowing how to fix this problem, they want to have a roofer come to advise them. So far, they have not commented to the roofer’s required fee.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job cleaning our fireplace as well as identifying the need to repair an area for the chimney on the roof. I'll definately use their services again and will recommend them to my neighbors.

The team is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They left the fireplace in great shape, explained what they were doing, provided detailed photos in the bill summary, and gave advice for what to do to keep our fireplace and chimney in good shape. Cody and his team are the best!!! They did a thorough inspection and cleaning of both of my chimneys during the sales inspection process then came back and completed recommended repairs. I highly recommend and will continue to use them for annual inspections.

There could not be a better name for this company! My fireplace had to be completely replaced, firebox and pipes, etc. After having diagnosed the problems and providing a replacement cost that seemed quite reasonable, we entered into a contract. An estimated two days was allotted to complete the work. Once the supplies arrived the office set the dates and the men arrived promptly. They are knowledgeable, efficient, diligent, and most of all courteous. This was not an easy fix. The old fireplace system had to be removed before the new one could be installed. They covered the floors and hung plastic all around the work area in an effort to control the dust and debris. Once the systems was installed, the house looked as clean as it had been before they began. The only negative aspect of my experience was having to wait several weeks before the work was done. That said, the wait time was further evidence of the demand of high level work this company provides.

These guys are very organized, professional and we are glad to have found them. We get our chimney swept once a year and they do a great job. They cover everything and leave the house spotless.

Tom and his crew did a fantastic job installing liners for two chimneys built in 1935 at my house in Highlands. They were very professional, showed up on time, were very clean, and completed the job in two days. They coordinated with a mason I hired separately to rebuild the fireboxes and worked well around each other. The fireplaces draft as well or better than they did prior to the chimney liner being installed. I would definitely recommend them!

We hired Cashiers Chimney to reline the flue, repair the smoke chamber ad firebox. Needless to say, this was a big job. Cody and team did a great job on all of the work.

They were very thorough and professional. At completion gave us a full evaluation of what they did and repairs we need.

Cody was fast, professional, on time and he made absolutely no mess in the house. He was a delight to work with and he made professional recommendations re the fireback needed to cover a crack at the back of our fireplace in order to protect the back wall. We also needed a new chimney case as ours was old and rusted- he took photos and sent estimates after the inspection. Invoices are sent promptly online for payment and photos are included for our records. I would 100% recommend them.

Tom is a wonderful professional. He is experienced, knowledgeable and a very pleasant individual. We were very pleased with his thoroughness. I think one always fears a bit of a mess when chimney work is involved, but Tom is meticulous in his work. A very comprehensive report complete with photos will most likely prove to be invaluable as we love into renovation work at our home on Highlands. Tom is the sole proprietor of his business and takes great pride in his work. He is also a teacher in his career field so clients get the very best expertise. Highly recommended without reservation.

Had Tom inspect chimney on a home in Highlands we were looking to buy. Came back with though report and what it would take to bring an unsafe chimney up to snuff. Didn’t try to snow up or blow smoke. Very knowledgeable and honest. Would recommend!

I bought a townhouse in Sapphire Valley and had no idea if or when the chimney had been cleaned so I had these folks come take care of it for me. It was definitely in need of cleaning and the person who did the job was very careful to keep my living room clean while he did the work. He pointed out that the metal at the back of the fireplace was warped and suggested installing a metal plate for added protection, which I agreed to. Now it throws out more heat as well, so that was a good idea, and a safety measure as well. I highly recommend this company.

Tom has been taking care of my gas heat stove for many years. He is professional, knowledgeable, comes when scheduled and gets the job done. Fall is his busiest time and Tom has many customers. So if folks are too inpatient to wait in line for his services; maybe they need to live somewhere else. And reconsider labeling folks.

Our stone chimney was leaking on and off for years. We had a stone mason strip and replace the stone wrap the chimney and we had the chimney reflashed. After spending thousands of dollars the problem was not solved. We called Tom Albert and for an agreed price he said (Its now my chimney and I wlll solve your problem). He said a new cap will solve your problem. He has been to the house four or five times over the past few years trying different things to no avail. I called him and told him I still had the leak and my ceiling mildews and I am having house damage. He was very abrupt and said I quit and there is nothing I can do I quit and hung up. I realize his frustration but he guaranteed to fix the problem and to hang up on a customer is unprofessional.

Tom is very personable, knowledgeable, prompt and very professional. A tradesman I felt comfortable having in my home. This is the first time I've used him, but it won't be the last. I also liked the flat rate fee.
