I had an excellent experience working with Carter Roofing & Construction. Jeromy Carter was professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond at every step of the process. Jeromy is extremely knowledgeable and was present when the roof adjuster came to assess the property. Jeromy made sure the adjuster accounted for all necessary repairs, including interior damage that resulted from the roof leaking. That level of advocacy and thoroughness gave me total peace of mind.

He was able to upgrade my shingles to the impact-resistant shingles on my roof, installed new panels on the deck awning and replaced gutters and deteriorated siding, along with a fresh paint job on the house! All with exceptional attention to detail that completely enhanced the curb appeal.

Everything was completed on time and with high-quality craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the results. What really stood out was Jeromy’s willingness to go the extra mile—he even took the initiative to contact my insurance company to make sure they applied the discount I qualified for on my home owners insurance policy. Jeromy Carter and his team took care of my Mother's roof with the upmost respect and professionalism. Late night storm damage caused major damage to our house and surrounding neighborhood. An 80 ft Cottonwood tree came down breaking several roof rafters and punched several holes in the roof. Carter Roofing was referred to us by our Insurance Agent. Jeromy came out that day and placed tarps over the damaged areas. When the Insurance Adjuster came out he would only agree to pay for 60% of the repairs. Jeromy contacted the Insurance Adjuster and got him to agree too cover 100% of the damage replacing the entire roof. Jeromy also pointed out other covered damage that was missed by the Insurance Adjuster and got that paid for as well. Jeromy’s roofing crew was fast and courteous. The rafters were repaired in one day and the roof replaced in one day. When all was finished my house was in better condition than before the storm occurred.
